I believe PNC has had more then enough time to resolve this matter on their own.  on 10-27-15 I told them I didn't want to proceed and pay more...

money.   I emailed the CEO on 11-1-15 and I also emailed Elizabeth on 11-6-15 to pass it up to her boss.   Today is 11-18-15 I have not heard one word from PNC.  No one called to tell me they wanted to help me or resolve this matter.  Or even said let me check into this and I will get back with you.      Thank you,                  [redacted]

I have returned their calls multiple times and the gentlemen that calls is never available. I leave messages telling him my work hours and he still calls during work hours. Once he called just before 5pm and left a message and I called him back at 5:10 and he was not available. So far it's been a game of phone tag. He called me today actually and hasn't returned my call yet.

My wife got a very brief phone call weeks ago and they said they were going to look into the matter further. We have not heard anything from PNC since.I have also filed a complaint with The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau because I believe PNC is in violation of the The Homeowners Protection Act of 1998. I reject what ever PNC is saying because nothing has changed and we have not heard from them.

fees related to the issue on my Growth and Savings account related to a "cash" deposit and "cash" transfer that was held that caused excessive fees.  In addition to reversing the fee for service charge for the teller assisted deposit, with coins.  After the reversal I should I have a positive balance in my account.  Which is they way it was before the fees.
