Don't know what you guys did but PNC sent the document over-night and I received it this afternoon. Thanks so much for your help.If history is a lesson, I'll probably talk to you next year.[redacted]

I am fully disputing there claims. They denied  my fraud dispute claim and closed the claim because they stated I did not send them the papers they sent to me on time. In October they...

sent me dispute forms and I took them into the local office. The local office did not fax them on the date they claimed they would send them to the dispute department. By there local bank fault of not sending the documents on time PNC decided to stop my complaint. In other words they went on and abused there power. I called pnc to make them aware that I had sent in all the documents to there team and yet they are trying to foce me to pay for fraud items now because the bank failed to fix in the documents on time. I will not pay for any kind of fraud items. I also had made them aware of this because the guy they had working on my disputes refused to call me back. I even told them mark at my local pnc was to fax the documents over but because they did not  pnc are making me at fault to pay this. It is not right and I am aware of my rights when it comes to fraud charges. The account needs to be put in my favor. I did not order anything and will not pay for fraud items that have been disputed. I also made them aware of the fact that [redacted] tried to fraud my credit card and gave them that letter. I did a three way call with them and was givin my money back. Pnc on the other hand is refusing to correct there mistake they did by not sending the letters on time and now are trying to force me to pay for fraud items. They were made aware they are fraud items and claim that [redacted] gave them proof I did these charges but in fact I did not do these charges and will not pay for these fraud items. Because of pnc bank not sending these letters on time they want me to pay for there error but I will not alow my  social security to continue to be affected because of there mistakes. They did not fax it on time and that is on there end and they need to try to correct this.As we discussed in my telephone call of 11/28/2016, I am disputing a fraudulent (charge/debit) on my account in the amount of $__1,298.00  Accordingly, I request the following:that the aforementioned fraudulent (charges be removed or debits reinstated) that any finance charges associated with the fraudulent transactions be credited;and  that I receive an accurate statement. Please investigate this matter and make appropriate corrections to my account as soon as possible.  that any finance charges associated with the fraudulent transactions be credited;and            that I receive an accurate statement.that the aforementioned fraudulent (charges be removed or debits reinstated) ; that any finance charges associated with the fraudulent transactions be credited;and             that I receive an accurate statement. In addition to the statement containing the erroneous charges, I have enclosed (describe any documents you enclosure), which show that the charges were fraudulent.  Please investigate this matter and make appropriate corrections to my account as soon as possible. Our bank statement for June clearly shows where is was credited back and then deducted that same day.  I had an accountant go over our account from Feb 2016 till now and it shows that our account should still have a balance of 209.88.  My husband and I will continue to dispute this till...

our account is credited back. This card should of never been allowed to be re debited. It is illegal to do so. I was told by an attorney once deactivated any purchases allowed to go through is illegal activity on the account. To continue to do so is fraud. March 5, 2018[redacted]Re: Revdex.com Complaint (“Revdex.com”) Case [redacted]Dear Ms. [redacted]:This is in response to your complaint filed on December 4, 2017, with the Revdex.com of Western Pennsylvania regarding your PNC Bank, National Association (“PNC”), Core credit card account ending in #xxx (“Account”). I was unsuccessful in reaching you, but I appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.According to your complaint and our records, on March 12, 2016, you visited the PNC Winchester branch located at 846 Bypass Road, Winchester, KY 40391 (“Branch”). During your visit, you stated that the Branch representative told you the Account was interest free. This visit resulted in an application for a credit card for which you were approved, but you state you later discovered you were assessed interest starting in July 2017. You requested that PNC refund the interest assessed to your Account.PNC takes very seriously its commitment to conduct business in a professional manner. Upon receipt of the complaint, PNC reviewed this matter and determined that the Branch followed proper procedures while presenting the credit card to you. We found no evidence to substantiate your claim that you were told the Account would be interest free for the life of the Account. Interest rate information is provided to you in PNC Bank Interest Rate and Fee Disclosures that were included with your credit card when the Account was opened. Additionally, the ending date of the promotion is shown on your monthly Account statements. A copy of the disclosure is enclosed for your reference. As no bank error occurred, PNC respectfully declines your request to have the interest refunded on your Account.I appreciate the opportunity to clarify PNC's position in this matter. If you have any questions or additional concerns, please call me directly at XXX-XXX-XXXX. I am available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:45 PM, Eastern Time.Sincerely,Executive Client RelationsPNC Reference Number [redacted]

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference,...

details of the offer I reviewed appear below.A PNC representative contacted me yesterday at 6/13/2017 in reference to the complaint I submitted. I want you all to know I feel their judgement is very bias and protecting of the representative who failed to advise me properly with information about [redacted] money. I clearly explained to the first representative the reason why I was calling and should I use [redacted]Money? Furthermore, I asked the representative would I be able to dispute the transaction if anything were to happen. She replied you can cancel a [redacted]money transaction anytime and provided me instructions to get their information and not provide my own. The PNC claims representative who I spoke to on 6/13/2017 was stating PNC completed the transaction correctly. He also stated the representative will go through further training to prevent future complications with customers. When I called in that day  the automative system takes you specifically to a professional in the selected department to help you. I selected [redacted]money meaning any professional who answers the phone should be very knowledgeable about it. If the young lady did not advise me  to complete the transaction and assured me that if  anything happens I can file a dispute. I would have never did the transfer. Now that a complaint was filed with the Revdex.com PNC is now provided me information I asked initially with the first rep. They are providing all new and specifications  in reference to [redacted]money that should've be stated on my first  call.  For example the young lady stating "I can cancel a [redacted]money transaction anytime". The new representatives are stating you can cancel a [redacted]money transaction just not when it's completed. I would like a non bias party to view the calls  to better assist with my case please. The argument is not did PNC complete the transaction correctly. As a customer I was misadvised by a representative to complete a [redacted]money transaction with the certainty that if anything were to go wrong I could file a dispute or cancel the transaction  similar to how I would with using the money system PayPal. Regards,[redacted]
