6-18-15 - JLH - PNC Bank N.A.  responded to [redacted] on June 18, 2015 and considers this matter addressed.

I contacted PNC today and spoke with a representative (Kim C[redacted] was unavailable) and she said that the most recent developments (yesterday, Sunday, March 20) were that they would issue reimbursement for up to 1 year (whatever that means) and that I would need to "give confirmation" that my mother made no withdrawals on the savings account after signing the signature card. I asked how I would go about doing this and the representative was unsure and that I would have to speak to C[redacted]. I told her that I used the savings account for making deposits and only made transfers to my primary checking account (which my mother did not have access to after the original signature card). I also told her that my mother would logically think she had no access to my account after she signed the original signature card. She transferred me to C[redacted]'s voicemail and I left a message telling her the above information and to return my call.I was given one reference number: The PNC investigation number is [redacted]. There was a second reference number for my complaint through the Revdex.com, but I was not given it.

that this resolution is satisfactory to me. 
They were able to refund me my money which was the outcome I wanted. I still however, have an issue with the fact that the charge was deducted twice due to no fault of my own and that the company has no mechanism to quickly address this. Had I not gone to the Revdex.com, this would not have gotten resolved in a satisfactory fashion. It was only after I told the company that I was going to the Revdex.com that I got sent to the Executive Relations Comittee- who were actually very helpful. However, I think most people would not know to do this.

service represantives, and multiple members of the escalation team and it took me filing a complaint with the Revdex.com in order for them to admit their wrong doing. That is disgraceful, but yes thank you for helping me and getting the funds returned.

The fact remains that they have stolen thousands of dollars from me by refusing to stop transactions that would overdraw my account. They refuse to take responsibility, instead giving excuses. They have no business taking this money. If I could stop the direct deposit from going into this account I would. That is going to take a little longer. They have no business stealing my money and I remain furious that they can get away with this. Now the amount I am overdrawn has gone  up to $500 from $400, without me making any transactions with this account. They are liars. I am not going to give up and go away. These people are scam artists and I will get my money back any way I can, that is legal. People need to wake up and stop allowing banks to rip them off. Why is someone at the bank looking into it, they are not going to be impartial. That is not acceptable.

I contacted PNC Bank to see why my bi weekly draft was starting in September and not August as I requested according to their letter dated July 31, 2017. I was told I could not speak to...

anyone in the bi weekly department and I would have to wait to be contacted by the escalation department due to my previous complaints. At this point I just want assistance with transferring my mortgage to another lender as I am not at all comfortable doing business with a company I cannot call and get satisfactory customer service and it is very obvious from Leanne's (representative) tone that I am not a valued customer.I would like my mortgage to be sold to another lender.
