regarding this matter. I still feel like it wasn’t a big issue that my privacy & the security of my account was compromise. I got an apology and was ask what can they do to fix the matter. I really wanted my letter of concern to reach someone higher up in the corporate office as well and not just stop with Lauren. As a person in her position just didn’t feel a major concern. Yes I got the 60.00 back into my account but what about how it was handle……. So as far as I’m concerned the resolution just didn’t fit matter at hand.     Sincerely   [redacted]

My problem like always and as I forwarded to Revdex.com is that they give me the run around. As you may see listed in my email previously before, is that  they gave me various fax numbers to fax it too. I always mail in all my tax information and fax it too and the fax number they give me changes day to day with them. They first say fax it here then when I follow up they give me a totally different number. This problem is yearly, and every year I have to file a complaint because of their negligence. They are very disorganized. Now lets see when my school tax bill comes later in August what will be the outcome of this. The Revdex.com has records of previous complaints regarding PNC and all are due to my TAXES. They give out wrong information to customers.

I have requested written correspondence so there is written evidence of what is said, however PNC has not attempted to reach me this way, Nor did they even attempt to contact me in any form on 4/6/16 as they have stated in this complaint. The only back and fourth I have had with the bank was through secure messages to dispute further charges made to the account while my balance should have been positive. I have asked that the bank contact me in writing and they have not.I am attaching the receipt for DEBIT CARD PURCHASE XXXXX[redacted]o show that it was infact made with a positive balance, I am also attaching the messages I have sent to PNC regarding the extra fees, now totaling $216.Regards,[redacted]

Problem: Keep getting emails from the bank asking me to sign up for a credit card. Replied to the email as was told some sort of gibberish about how I have to go into my account and change my preferences. Makes no sense. 1) I already changed my preferences in November of 2017 to not receive any ads from PNC. Went to the bank and did it with a teller. 2) It takes 2 seconds to remove someone from a email mailing list. It doesn't take 4-5 months and then require me to go and do something else again. No more email advertisements and not more mailed advertisements, please.TranslateDesiredSettlementID: No further contact by the busi No more avert emails from this bank. No more emails at all would be fine.

To the Revdex.com,Thank you for helping to resolve my complaint.  I sent this email to Ms. Connie G[redacted] today (8/28) explaining why my complaint is not resolved:,"The Revdex.com said you considered my action resolved at this time. However, I rejected that since it is not resolved. As we discussed on two occasions, I need in writing from you an assurance that upon my payment back into my business account the amount of $919.94 [a "mistake" made by PNC], there will be no penalty or repercussion to me for closing my merchant account and my business account.  You claimed that this was being sent to me in the mail on two occasion but nothing has been forthcoming. I need the above language in writing after which I will put money back into business account. Thank you."  Please let me know if you need anything further from me.  Thank you very much!
