Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I don't think this matter to be addressed in the way of pnc asked for papers that I cant obtain as I stated previously. And pnc has now stated that my deceased custodial spouse over the said savings accounts is the only person that can access those accounts per pnc tiffin ohio. Pnc has willingly let me be miss lead sence I started putting mony into those accounts after I became a widow if those where inactive accounts pnc would have closed those accounts in 2009 to my understanding.
