I placed an order on my cell phone on Saturday, May 7th, the order went through without asking me for a shipping address which is different than my credit card address. I have been calling since 9:00am (EST) today constantly but keep getting disconnected. There is no email, I tried even sending a Text message to a phone number I found on the website but that didn't work either. If I can't change the address I want to cancel my order. How can I get through to them if they have no means to reach them. Very disappointing I have been a long time customer but if they can't resolve my problem with my order I will never shop there again. My order number is ***.

I have been diligently trying to get ahold of a customer service representative for two weeks with no response. I have called numerous times the minute you open to be told my call would be answered in under 5 minutes. This was not the case as I have waited over an hour multiple times before hanging up. In addition, I have also tried using the online chat and waited in que until it was my turn only to have it tell me my request has been canceled and to try again later. This happened several times. I understand we are in difficult times but it seems unreasonable that I can't speak with a representative after hours of waiting on the phone/chat on several occasions.
I have been trying to contact Pier 1 in regards to a dining table I purchased on the evening of Friday 4/24/20 order # ***. That same weekend the table went on sale for $249.99 ($150 less than I bought it for) before my order had even been processed. I have since been trying to get a hold of someone to correct the price of the table to reflect the sale price with no response. I simply want a refund but it's impossible to speak with anyone to resolve this issue.

We have resolved customers concern.

I placed an order on April 30th. Shortly after replacing the order, I realized that I needed to cancel it due to size issues. So I called them the same day. I was on hold for over 2hours from April 30th-May 8th. I have called, tweeted, and tried to chat with them all to get no response. I even went online to see if there was a "cancel" button next to my order and there is none. Instead, they shipped the items anyway and now on their website, it states that if you would like a refund that you would have to call the exact same number that is hard to get through. It's VERY frustrating going through this.

I have been trying to customer service because an item was missing from my order#***. For SKU *** there were suppose to be 2 items but I only received one.

I’ve tried both the phone number and chat and after waiting more than 40 minutes I am disconnnected. They give a phone number to text on their phone line and that doesn’t work either.

I ordered BOGO candles on March 28th I have tried to call them regarding my purchase and cannot contact anyone. I have called the company only to get weird messages like "thos wireless carrier is unavailable" and then if I call back and actually get through when I transfer through the automatic system I get dropped every time and then I have tried chat logs and get told I am 150 in line and have a 15 minute wait. I agree to it and then coincidentally always get dropped. Facebook has people complaining about the same situation that I am experiencing. The company needs to be investigated as they are continuing to offer promotions and deals and are taking people's money but not delivering the product.

you are seeing is only a pending authorization on your account. The
orders are being shipped as quickly as possible. The warehouse that is shipping
your candles is currently 45 days behind on shipping orders due to the
overwhelming amount of orders being placed. You'll be charged when your
candles ship and there is nothing we can do to make it ship any faster. If for
some reason it is cancelled due to lack of inventory you will not be charged. Please understand, there is nothing more we can do to assist you in
regards to your order. Its a matter of having to wait for the warehouse to catch
up. Yesterday we were given an approximate date of June 15. The fastest
way to ask another question is to reply directly to this email. Reaching back
out to the Revdex.com will not produce different results and we will not be replying to

I ordered a loveseat/bench online and received a defective product. One board is missing and the item cannot be assembled and used. I have tried to contact customer service several times by phone and their phone service is not working. I tried 3 times to contact Pier1 via their live chat service online. I was the 300+ customer in the queue each time. After waiting over half an hour each time, I was the first person in the queue and was cancelled out of the queue. I was directed to their customer service link and that did now work either. I need a refund or replacement.

I ordered a loveseat and received an email on Wednesday, May 6th that it was shipped+delivered. It was not delivered. I have not received it in the time since then and have desperately attempted to contact someone via customer support for days to no avail. I am hung up on via phone (sometimes I reach a recording letting me know that they're closed during their business hours) and with live chat I wait until I am first in line (in a queue of 330+) to get told there are no available agents and to 'try again'.

There is no excuse for this. COVID or not, if you are unable to provide support then they should stop accepting orders.I just want the item that I paid for.

I bought a Mateo Swivel Desk Chair on March 10th 2020, a leg broke while I was sitting on the chair about a month later, I have been unable to reach anyone with Pier 1, the Savannah Store on Abercorn where I purchased the chair is closed and I have tried several times to reach someone by phone...they either disconnect me or I get a message saying we are closed, I have also tried the live chat feature, but when I get to #1 in the queue, it starts all over, then disconnects me when I get to #1 again

I need to return an online purchase that was delivered April 21, 2020. I have attempted to call customer service multiple times at the 2 different numbers provided, on one occasion waiting on hold for over an hour with no results. I have also tried using the online chat option, but after waiting a considerable amount of time when I finally reached number 2 in the queue, the chat was cancelled and I was told to try again later. I’m concerned that I will not receive a refund due to the 45 day return deadline. I have no other options since there is no way for me to initiate a return on my own.

My fiance and I purchased outdoor furniture from Pier 1 online on 9 May 2020 and received an email from Pier 1 on 11 May 2020 stating they had cancelled our entire order. No justification for cancellation was provided in the email. I called Pier 1 and waited 5 hours to speak to a customer service representative. The rep explained that the order may have been cancelled due to inventory issues, but assured me he could look into the issue while I was on hold. Rather than place me on hold, the agent hung up on me. I did not receive a call back and the wait time is once again over 2 hours.

This is unacceptable customer service and I have now missed out on their advertised sale and am without the outdoor furniture I purchased.

I placed an order almost one month ago. Pier 1 sent my order to a delivery company. This company received my order three weeks ago. When the shipment arrived at the delivery facility, it was missing one item. The have spoken with the delivery company twice but and they have notified Pier 1 about the missing item. Pier 1 has closed the order and has done nothing to resolve this. I have tried to contact them through their customer service phone line and through chat for over a week now, spending many many hours on the phone. Their phone and chat lines make you wait on hold for hours only to cut off and say there are no agents available to help you. I can't move forward because I can't reach them and my shipment is sitting in limbo.

I ordered a mirror on 05/03/20 and received an email that my order was "processing". There is no way to get in touch with ANYONE...no phone, no chat, no email...nothing. But, let me tell you...they were VERY quick to take my money. That is usually done when something ships. Will I ever see this mirror? I get that your stores are closed. Allegedly your warehouse(s) are open or why would you defraud the public into thinking they (we) could order something?! I would really like my mirror ASAP as I have already repainted my bathroom and I have a gap waiting...... It is now 05/11/20. Just how long will I have to wait. The funny thing is.... I would have been ok had I been able to get some sort of response. Right now, you all are just a bunch of theives.

I purchased curtains on line 4-24-20. I need to return for refund because they did not work for me. Stores are closed and I was on hold for 3 hours trying to reach customer service with no success. I have called numerous times with no success reaching anyone. I need to know how and where to return the curtains. Can not be returned to store here in Greensboro, NC because the store is not open. Other stores are re-opening tomorrow but not Pier One.

I am rejecting this response because:Filed complaint (#***) on 5/8/2020 concerning return of curtains purchased on 4/24/20. Could not contact Pier One for return instructions and label. After filing complaint, I was contacted by someone and was able to get instructions and return label for return and was told I would receive full refund in about 4 weeks. I returned the curtains via UPS on 5/15/20. I thought everything had been solved. It has now been about 6 weeks and I still have not received the refund back to my credit card and still cannot contact anyone at Pier One. I want the refund.I want the refund back to my credit card. I think it has been long enough for this to have happened. I understand they are going out of business and experiencing a hardship. I will not be purchasing anything from Pier One due to all the hardship of this transaction for me.

I purchased the Metro Weathered Java Desk online. It came and is damaged. One of the 3 drawers is busted, one of the 3 knobs will not screw in, and there are several scratches on the top of the desk. I have tried to call pier 1 multiple times to get this resolved, but their phone line doesn’t seem to be working as it hangs up on me whenever I press “1” to inquire about my order. I’ve tried to chat with an agent online multiple times. Each time waiting at least a half hour to be connected, then once it gets to my number in the queue, it says “status: cancelled. There are no agents to chat with you right now please try again later”. I have been trying to get in contact with them for at least a week.

I order a large painting. The frame cane damaged and the water color print has so many bubbles from the adhesive used. It looks terrible. I tried calling customer service. They have 2 numbers and they are all either busy or it hangs up on you. Then I tried the live chat and did this several times on different days. The live chat usually starts with you at number 200 you wait the whole time and then they cancel you. I have not been able to get ahold at anyone at this company. I would like a refund.

I returned two chairs via UPS for a credit. UPS shows chairs were received at Mansfield TX warehouse on 4/23/2020. I have not received any credit. I also cannot call Pier 1 800 number or contact them via live chat - no representatives are ever available. Pier 1 has yet to acknowledge they even received the chairs back.

Received items broken in glass pieces. The items were packed poorly and completely broken. Tried for two days to contact customer service and after being on hold for almost two hours the call was disconnected. Online customer service and received no response. Called customer service again and no answer at all during their business hours.

I made an online order this weekend (***) and tried to use the coupon sent in the mail offering 15% off sale and regular price, which is valid through the end of May. I tried to put the code (***) in the offer box online, but it did not recognize it. I have since tried to contact customer service for several hours since Monday, May 4, and every time I get to the top of the online chat queue, it says there are no customer service agents available and it cuts me off. This is very frustrating and I would like the coupon offer redeemed. I do not want to shop at Pier One if no one can answer my questions.

I made an order for two lanterns during a buy one get one sale and only received one lantern. I have tried for a week to get into contact by Facebook messages, phone, live chat and emails and can't get one reply or live person. The phone hangs up on you live chat keeps you on hold for an hour and then says no one is available, no replies to either Facebook messages or emails. I need my second lantern. I do see you are now out of stock on my lantern so don't know how I will get a second one. You do have another pink gem one but it costs less and at this moment I have no way to speak to anyone.

I purchased 4 barstools instead of counter stools online on 4/15/2020, did not receive it until 4/23/2020 and 4/24/2020. Once I received them and realized they were the wrong size, I called pier 1 and have been calling every day since with no response, the longest wait time
I have is 5 hours I took a screenshot of that, and while I kept waiting the call dropped eventually. I’ve tried the chat and I’ve been placed in a line then also dropped from the chat with a “try again” message. I wonder if they’re not able to provide customer service then why are they still selling online? Not fair to the customers who thought this was a good company. All I wanted was to exchange the same barstools to counter stools, but at this point I just want to return the items and my money back ($612.29) plus my gift card amount of $100.00
