Horrible customer service!! Placed in order for five hats, the hats arrived unfinished, a hot mess on the inside totally inappropriate to give as gifts. after contacting the company it took over a month to receive replacements and when I received the replacements three out of the five hats were not the hats I ordered. In a string of 24 emails five different customer service people answered them most of which did not even read the emails they were replying to, which caused more frustration and confusion. I have offered to return all the hats they keep sending me that are incorrect, they never reply on how I should do that, this order has taken more than 2 months and as of today I still have not received the correct hats. They refused to refund me for my complete order, or send me the proper hats in a timely manner. I'm about to open a dispute with my credit card company. The website only has five star reviews because the company sends you a link to review them after your order has been received and they only push five-star reviews to their website falsely representing their company.

This company only finally responded to me to send me yet another set of replacement hats as the first two orders were damaged and incorrect after I filed a*** claim and claim with Revdex.com. I gave them more than enough notice that I wanted my order canceled and a refund which they disregarded and sent replacements anyways that I no longer need. This company spent two months ignoring emails, answering questions I did not ask, and generally making a frustrating situation even worse. I no longer need or want their product yet they are continuing to try and act like sending me yet another replacement after the date that I needed it by and after the emails where I asked for a refund is some sort of retribution to make themselves look better when it in fact is not. Be very careful with this company they do not allow you to review on their website or their *** page, you can only submit a review via an email link that they send you which they can decide whether or not to display on their website. I've emailed many customers who have commented on their *** page to see if they had a similar experience to me and the amount of people who shared their frustrations with this company with me is absolutely astounding. Once again buyer beware

I placed an order for End of the Year Teacher Gifts on April 24, 2020. Received the order on May 11, 2020, of just cups with no logos on them. After making me jump through hoops (taking photos of each one, the box, the packing slip, etc. and email it to them) they finally agreed to process the order correctly. I even offered to return the blank cups if they would send me a label (what do I need a box of blank cups for??) and they declined. After numerous emails and phone calls to them, I finally received an email on May 21, 2020, that the order was being reprocessed. To date, I have not received my order, and each time I email them I get emails thanking me for my order but no actual response to my questions. On May 28, 2020, *** said he went directly to the warehouse to request an update on my order. On June 3, 2020, I asked for an update and received an email that they were submitting my order THAT DAY! This company is a joke and their employees are clueless. Terrible customer service and no respect for the truth. I guess our hardworking teachers aren't worth their time or consideration.

Clearly you don't take customer feedback seriously as all I have been asking for is my order but I have been told it was already back in the process every time I check. I am not going to keep resubmitting orders and paying while your company keeps not responding to a direct question. Would you like to see ALL of the emails I have sent asking about how to get an order processed and ALL the responses from your company telling me it's on the production line and I should be receiving it soon? If you can't answer a simple question and provide decent customer service, why would ANYONE want to do business with you?? I had a $250 order and you couldn't be bothered to get it right, respond to my calls and emails, fix it to date (almost two months later)! NO ONE should be doing business with your company unless they want to waste time and money.

Your reviews should show you that your company business model is a joke and needs work and yet you clearly don't care. Maybe spend less time debating with customers on here and mite actually fulfilling orders.

Have made many orders, have had maybe one issue but they fixed right away and was amazing about it. I have recommended them to so many people.

When we had a broken lid they were quick to respond and had it replaced. They were awesome!

I love Piper Lou. I've placed 4 orders since March and have not an issue with any of them. I'm definitely going to be ordering more shirts and tumblers. I've referred several friends too, because they love my tumblers as much as I do!

Piper Lou-Who's are AMAZING! They really go above and beyond! I ordered a tumbler and immediately realized I ordered the wrong one. Messaged Piper Lou to find out if it could be switched out before the order was shipped. I was told that it had been taken care of. Little did I know that "taken care of" meant they'd just throw the correct tumbler in with the the wrong one I ordered! They must've known what an it I felt like for doing something so dumb! Anywho, they are amazing, you won't be disappointed, you're welcome, carry on!

Piper Lou is more than tumblers and t-shirts. They are a community of creative minds. Who are so willing to share their community to their customers. They have thousands of followers and many if us - including piper lou employees correspond every day. They get to know us individually. They support us in troubled times as well as happy times. We have developed friendships that are truly very special. Piper lou allows us (men and women) to be ourselves. Open and candid with no judgment.
Not many companies are transparent anymore. Piper lou is. If there is a problem, they try to resolve it as soon as possible.
They offer several items for charity. Which is awesome. And not just the normal cancer or heart disease but for animals and other countries who have faced devastation. Such as Australia and their wildfires just to name one. There are donations for auto immune disease and mental health - I could go on and on.

Some people may have complained but you can't please everyone. But a majority of their customers adore them.

So this review is about so much more than products. And I LOVE everything I have from them. I have a collection of tumblers, t-shirts and sweatshirts and it continues to grow almost weekly, lol.
So Piper Lou - thank you ð??? I am grateful to have found your company and am excited to watch your business grow!

This is a real review, not someone from the company. I am amazed at the reviews that talk about bad customer service. I just had the most wonderful experience with Barbara. Her voice had a smile in it and she couldn't have been nicer. My issue was with sizing and she resolved it immediately. Love the products and now I love the company.

I placed my first order on April 15th 2020 received around 2 weeks later incorrectly done. I have sent numerous emails contacting them when they continue to say they're sending the correct shirts. It's now May 28th a month-and-a-half later and I have still not received my shirts that I ordered. I will no longer do business with this company. Bad business.

Shirts were received today on June 1st, 2020, six weeks later and after the month of May which they were bought and intended for Mental Health Awareness Month! It took me leaving this review to get any action on my replacement shirts being sent after I can't count how many correspondences I sent by email with unfilled promises.

I have been having the worst experience with the Piper Lou company. I ordered 6 tumblers in April. My order was delivered April 27 missing one of my tumblers. I sent an email with a picture of the invoice that same day. Since then I have been getting the run around and honestly not help. I was told my item would be made and shipped out in 10-14 days, then two weeks later it was 5-7 days when I asked again about my item, then I called May 11th, 19th, emailed 23rd and was told each time that my item was sent out priority and would be shipped out a day or two later. Tomorrow it makes a month since my order was delivered and still am missing my tumbler. Nothing is being done to help and to be honest the emails I am getting feel a bit condescending, like I am wasting their time for my missing item. Even through the phone I feel like it's just a brush off and they are just saying another day or two and it will be shipped out, like it's a scripted response. I am so disappointed and I wanted to order more tumblers for gifts and also myself, but after this experience I feel I should just find another company. It's sad cause I love their tumblers, but there customer service and broken promises have just put me off this company.

It is really sad that as the customer I have to keep reaching out to the Piper Lou Company to find out the status of my order. Tomorrow it will be a week since you received my review, do you need more than a week to finally send out my tumbler? It has been a whole month and 6 days since I have been dealing with this headache. I have called and sent emails even after this, and still I am promised my item is going to be shipped out, but a week goes by and still NOTHING. What kind of business is this? It's been over a month now, why isn't anyone from this company able to help get my one item shipped out immediately to me? I don't need any more excuses please, it's been almost 2 months since this order was placed and it's been over a month since I have been asking for my tumbler. As the customer I should not have to keep emailing and calling for an item I paid for. I just want my tumbler and to be done with Piper Lou.
