I ordered 2 tumblers, which shipped within the 7-10 day window by *** 2 day as promised. One of the tumblers we ordered I changed my mind on and had no issues with the return. I could have my money back (less shipping), or a store credit with a prepaid shipping label. Since I knew I would be ordering something else I went with the prepaid label. As soon as my package was processed at USPS I received the code for my credit.. literally the same day.

They are not *** and should not be held to the ***, ship same day arrive within 2 days expectations. We will definitely be ordering again!

I ordered a mystery tumbler on Jan 2nd and received it today. I was made aware throughout the whole process when my tumbler was being sent out and when *** was delivering it. I was quite pleased with my product and looking forward to purchasing from Piper Lou in the very near future.
