Love all their products. Have about 20 shirts 25 tumblers and 15 hats. They are all unique fun and quality products. Their tumblers hold ice for hours even in the hot sun. Highly recommend.

I ordered 5 tumblers and upgraded lids from Piper Lou two of them were customized! I reached out to them by email and through *** Messenger and received a response quickly! I ordered on Jan 30th, received shipping confirmation on Feb 2 and order received on Feb 4th! I am sooooo happy with my order and the time it took from start to finish! Customer service was amazing!

I have not yet ordered any of the Australia merchandise but there posts on their *** page has stated numerous times that they are behind on those items because of the large quantity! They have donated over $200,000 so you know they have been busy!

I highly recommend this company and will continue to do so! I cannot wait to order more personalized items from them!

What an amazing company! Received my products in the timeline specified. Only once was I confused when I got shipping confirmation and when checking it, said Piper Lou cancelled it. I called and spoke to someone and the issue was them trying to combine my monthly subscription (which was not ready to ship yet) with a current purchase. They went ahead and made adjustments to get my order shipped out the same day.

I recently ordered the Paws for Australia t-shirt in the color Tahitian Blue. The advertisement on *** showed a very different color than what I received. I don't mind donating to this cause; HOWEVER the color I received was nowhere near the color shown in the ad and or what I requested. Very upset! Will NEVER purchase from Piper Lou again.

Excellent products and service. It helps to know they aren't ***--delivery takes longer. I almost canceled my order because of the reviews here--glad I didn't. It was worth the wait.

Reading reviews of how good they are and they got their items ON TIME which this is the 8th business day not including Saturday, Sunday, or a Holiday and no tracking on my $60 order. I just want to know what is taking my tumblr's so long? I have not reiceived no tracking to show the progress is even moving. It's false advertisement if you tell your customers 7-10 business, might as well be honest and 2 weeks shipping.

only the 8th day of putting in my tumblr. I ordered 2 tumblrs and donated to Australia to get the shirt they had been showing. I am still waiting for a tracking on my order and now am worried I won't get this in time for me and my best friends work party. I know I read a reply where someone said don't order in december and get mad that its not fair, I understand that but.... if a business owner puts on their page, after paying so much for a badass gift, that it takes 5-7 business days ( Put my order in on January 16th) so then on I waited a few days for a tracking because even for the wish app I get tracking the next day (obviously its a bunch of vendors put together but wish can get a tracking right away) emailed to see when my tracking will come through, emails me back that then states 7-10 business days. Piper you seem like you've done this for awhile but the reviews are crazy and some people don't realize others aren't getting their things as fast as they are either they paid extra for the shipping somehow or the people who spend more money and are in the VIP group gets theres rushed right to them. I buy from a lot of boutiques and businesses like this and know what to expect. We will see what happens on day 10 if I get my tracking and if it makes it here in less than a month. Will give you the stars you deserve when I feel like my money is being handled with care.

This is an amazing company, that lets you customize and personalize a shirt, tumber, and probably many more. Not many companies will do that today and do it in excellent condition while looking professional. In the past, I have bought gifts for family members and have personalized tumblers for the gifties. This company likes to support charities that are not at the forefront of public knowledge and want to help lend a voice to the causes. They vetted the charities to donate 100% of Net Pfroits associated with the cause.

They have Tumblers that are on hand that are ready to go, If you want it personalized you will need to allocate extra time. They have amazing customer service and they will work with you on what you want. I can not say any nicer things about this company than they are doing an amazing job and I will be ordering in the future.
