Have placed 3 orders. The first one was slow arriving, but was very satisfied with the quality once it finally came. The second order was a special order set of coffee cups and they were exactly what I ordered and arrived quicker than expected. The third order was a mix of special order and a pre-made design cup. Both were exactly what I ordered and delivery was quick! I'll be ordering again.

I've never seen a company who didn't charge for custom orders and that's what this company does best. No extra charge gets me basically whatever I want custom etched on a cup and in super fast time. I am really pleasantly surprised with not only the products from Piper Lou, but their staff and customer service as well. My customized order was absolutely perfect and what I wanted it to be. They were communicative when I had questions. Their *** page is another great resource that they monitor often. During the current state of affairs in our country, as well as a significant influx of orders, they are experiencing some delays in shipping -but then again so is nearly everyone. I appreciate their transparency in regard to this during this time. I recommend this business.

Love this company! Shirts are comfortable and funny. The tumblers are gorgeous, witty, and keep my drinks cold all day long.
