This gym is pretty decentBut I think the people that work there are VERY IMMATUREThey are way too immature to be working for a company that involves a lot of memebr interactionThe manager could use more knowledge and classes on how to be a managerShe never takes care of anything, shes lazy, ONLY promotes her friends, which is not rightPromote the HARD WORKING people, not the lazy people that don't do anythingI don't care if they are your best friend, this is WORK not gym class in high school picking players for your teamThe hard working employee's there DO NOT get noticed/promoted or anything I think thats pretty sadFor the amount you get paid an hours there I would not work there and do all that crap that they have to do! Some of the girls that work there are very [redacted] and think that they are "all that and a bag of chips" HANOT! Change your attitudes ladies! No one is ever at the desk half of the time, the employee's think its funny to hide out in the bathrooms or break room so they don't have to deal with anything till the next person comes inGROW UP! If machines are broken they take forever to fix them, always leaks in the ceiling, power going outThis is a gym, a business that people in the community go to FIX THESE PROBLEMS!!!! ASAP!!!! No need to wait so long for things to get fixed! People want to use these machines not wait days on end till its fixedThe trainer there, I don't know how he got that job because he has no clue what he is doingHE'S NOT CERTIFIED so if I were you I would not work out with him due to if you hurt yourself/injure yourselfHe has been training the same women for awhile now and they don't look any different! Which is sad because you want to see resultsWhen he trains people he is always on his phone, texting, looking at things, sits on other machines as he training someone and again looks at his phone, NOT being motivational at all with his clients, he's always running back and fourth to different clients (each client should have their own time, when their time is done, you move on to the next) he's not a pusher; "Come on, you can do this one more set/rep!" "You got this!" he should not be a trainer

I opened an account at Planet Fitness and when I signed up they didn't tell me that they will charge $Dollars on the 17th so they took the money out of my account and they made my bank account bounce leaving me with a negative balanceIf you want to cancel you're membership there is a $dollar fee which I was not aware ofThere for I do not recommend this Business to anyonePlease Do not go thereInstead go to anytime fitness I herd they are really good

I really like Planet Fitness, until the past few weeksTheA/C is not working efficiently I was told by one of the workers that it is because there is a window in the area that is warm, which is the aerobic machines area! Today I spoke with the manager, David M, and he told me that it is a blown fuse (yes, he used the word "fuse" ) and that Duke Energy needed to come and fix it again He smiled and shrugged his shoulders during the entire converstion stating about six times that there was nothing that he could do about it He seemed to find it amusing Well, I don't find it amusingWhen I join a gym I expect the A/C to work I know that problems can occur, but this has been occuring for several weeks, on and off.....mostly on If the problem is with Duke, then why can't they fix it? Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the lack of folldoes not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I have received another bill from Planet Fitness dated 4/for $which is after I received two emails from the company, one from [redacted] the director and then [redacted] the manager at the actual location on 4/telling me the balance was zero and I owe nothing I understand this could have just gotten crossed in their system where my account make take a little time to be corrected and a bill just went out before it happened, but I need a statement showing an account balance of zero so I can have this for my records in the case my account may not have been corrected yet I'm trying to be proactive with this as I just don't want this to be sent to collections in error or continue to get bills when I was told my account would be corrected to a balance ot $ I really appreciate your assistance with this I have mailed a copy of the emails and a copy of the statement to the local location with the address on the bill in hopes this may help It should be received in the next couple of business days at the latest Regards, [redacted]

[redacted] signed up with Planet Fitness on January 22nd The membership he signed up for was a minimum term of months and than if he wanted to cancel it after the months he would have to do it as in the terms of his agreement which state in person or via certified mailThe first time [redacted] came in his month minimum term was not complete so the system would not be able to cancel him without charging a buy out fee of $Since [redacted] moved out of the area he could of canceled by via certified mail which was told to him by the general manager of the store, JamesHe signed off on all of the terms when he initially signed up as well as received a copy of his contract, the club informed him of the cancelation policy when he called about stopping his membership after he movedIf he sent in a certified letter after his month term the club would of been happy to cancel his membershipFailure to follow the terms of the contract results in this membership still being activeThank You, Nicole D [redacted] , Regional Manager

I find this odd because I have a voicemail on my phone May 23, from Mac stating "he has received my letter but still have a balance for August and May so please come in an pay those amounts."My question is, how do I have someone in your office listen to these voice mails and see the dates and times they were left?Thank you so much for your time into this matter Regards,

Hello, [redacted] was an active member with us and his payment for the month of November came back declinedWe sent letters to their home and also sent automated phone calls in order to get the account cleared up [redacted] mother called in very upset about the balance letter and all I told her was her sons act was over due and that I could not waive the $service fee because of how far overdue it was (days past due)The only info given was the info she already had on the letter that she called in about [redacted] was extremely rude to me and threated me that she was going to trash my name all over the internet which is a defamation of my character all because I wouldn't waive the late fee which is clearly posted on his membershipAs in the status of [redacted] account I recieved the letter of cancel and the past due payment and he is now cancled with planet fitness- Thank You, Nicole

I have looked into members account, and yes his membership is not cancelledWe do not take calls as a notice of cancellation as was explained when the member signed up and on the contract that the member signed.as well as when he callsWe do however take letters in the mail, also something that is in the contract and was explained to himAs a courtesy I have cancelled his membership even though I do not have any written notice from himAs far as a reimbursement, there is nothing to reinburse as the membership was never cancelledWhen a member moves they are free to transfer their membership as we are the fastest growing gym chain in the nation with over locations nation wideThe member had a no contract membership so his cancellation would not have taken more than minutes to processI understand people move but they dont move from one day to the next as we have plenty of members that cancel due to relocationNonetheless, the member has been canceled with no written notification and he will not see any other charges to his account.**please note [redacted] this just serves as a cancellation for his membership, member did not say if any other memberships are being charged out of his account

This company is absolutely first class all the way There was never any sales pressure or negative comments about competitors [redacted] explained everything very well and went out of his way to help the process all the way through [redacted] and his crew were equally professional and pleasant through the extremely cold installation process Their work was very neat/complete and they even cleaned my garage floor before they left I would highly recommend Robco to anyone considering solar

I spoke with [redacted] and her husband on They stated that her husband was a member of a club in Michigan and that they used his membership at our club, which is within their member rightsWhen asked to verify the husband's membership at this Michigan club they were unable to do so claiming that the club he belonged closedPlanet Fitness has never closed a single club in it's history so this was perplexingWe informed the couple that they would have to sign up for a new membership at our club, which [redacted] didOn the evening on there was a theft that occurred in the ladies locker roomAt the time of the event there were only four members signed into the club, the victim and her friend and [redacted] and her husbandA few days later, the victim saw [redacted] and her husband in the club and called the police to report that she felt that the accused was on the premisesThe police came and spoke with [redacted] and her husband, staff was informed that the Springfield Police Department was familiar with the couple and that they have had to work with them in the pastAs in accordance with Planet Fitness policy, any members suspected of breaking policies, including committing a crime, in the club will have their membership cancelled immediately We did refund [redacted] all dues that she had paid for account at our club, not because we had toWe did this in good faith to [redacted] in an effort to calm her temper and to extend an act of kindness to her and her husbandIf there is any additional information that we at Planet Fitness can provide to her justify our decision please do not hesitate to submit a request and we will provide any documentation in our possession

This response was totally incorrect I did not want to remove my wifeI wanted add my name to the account I have no need for the VIP treatmentI just didn’t want to have to cancel my wife’s account and have to repay the sign on fee all over again just to add my name on her account witch was originally was in my name [redacted] to moving to this branch It seams that plant fitness should have the same rules across their franchiseNot different rules at different locations due to their AOR The point of this complaint was to point out the inconsistency of their policy, it should be the same policy across the whole franchise and not to pick and choose Also after I canceled my membership in writing at that location after having my original membership transferred, they charged me another $even after I was all paid up for that month All in all an inconsistent policy among locations is bad customer service Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, [redacted]
