I received a letter saying I was pre-approved for the amount of $10,- $40,interests rates 4.99-9.99% My credit score is and all I was qualified for was a $10,loan for years at 29% This is a bait and switch scam!

It was quick, convenient, and I got a good rate

Beware of "Pre-Approved" offer from Best EggThis is simply a mass mail marketing gimmick to get customers for loans
You are not "Pre-Approved" -- they have not run your credit to approve youYou are (or were at one point in time) on a list with a high credit score that makes it POSSIBLE that you would receive credit if you apply
Unless you have stellar credit, pass on this offerAnd if you have stellar credit, you would be getting a lower rate somewhere else

Terrible Stay away We used Best Egg which is a new lender that is part of Marlette Funding This company will do a hard credit pull and it stays on your credit report for a long time Their rates are no better than credit cards unless you have a 800+ credit score Even then, the rates are not great My husband received a preapproved application and they wanted to charge 25% for a $loan Really? How does that help anyone? He wanted to consolidate other cards into one payment but obviously this company is not capableDon't waste your time or your credit score

This place is a big scamThey are getting peoples information and then say there are no loan offers in your area

My experience with Best Egg could not have been more pleasant I did some reach on the company with Revdex.com and other sites, read the complaints and concerns I completed my application online and was given two options for a loan, a year, 8.99% and a year, 11.97%Further research, I went onto bankrate.com, contacted my own bank and my tax advisor for the options to handle paying off the debtUnfortunately my situation of too much credit card debt is not a quick fix The best way out, is to change my spending habits, consolidate the cards to lower interest rates and pay as much as possible
I never spoke to anyone at Best Egg, After I received the loan offer with the two options, I took days to review, research and discuss with my spouse During this time, I received one email a day, letting me know I still had an offer open I only received two emails after accepting the loan offer; one to verify my email and one to request documentation
My loan was funded and in my bank account in hrs At no time did I feel pressure or felt hassled

I was sent a letter stating that I was pre-approved for a loan from best egg I went on line just now and requested with my pre-approved offer code number a loan Filled out the questions they asked and in a second I was told I was not approved because I was outside there district Then why the heck did you send me the letter if I was outside your district It was the same address you sent the letter to where I live Unbelievable!
