With a FICO of 810, the actual APR was 3.1% higher than the APR quoted in the flyer for a personal loan for the amount borrowed for which I was supposedly pre-approvedThis APR was however 3.9% lower than the best rate I found from local banks and credit unionsThe online application process took less than half the time it took for my credit union online application (I did not submit the credit union application once I saw the rate and because I did not want two applications for credit on my credit reports.)

I am a new customer but so far I am very satisfied with my experience with Best Egg It was fast to send me my loan, decent rate and they deduct the payment from my bank account but give me the option to pay extra on it if I can or want to So far so good

I got an invitation to apply from Best Egg I started to trash it, but I really did need to consolidate some credit card debt that is currently on interest free terms and about to convert to high rate financing I've dealt with personal loans in the past, and I know that interest rates can be unfavorable for this type of lending Also, bank policies are pretty strict for unsecured lending, which makes it difficult for anyone needing debt consolidation difficult I have attempted to make this happen for a while, and it's been decline or very high/unacceptable interest rates to date I gave Best Egg a shot Wow, I'm impressed A very fair rate, one that far exceeds a very reputable national bank, an extremely easy application process, a friendly staff, and RESULTS I haven't received funds yet, but that is expected in a couple of days Way to go guys! Best Egg was the easiest loan process I had ever encounter The turnaround time of approval and funding was VERY quick The day I was approved, the next morning the funds were in my bank account I was able to pay off my debts and have an affordable consolidated lump-sum loan payment I am very happy with this company and highly recommend using them for prompt service

I urge anyone who is looking for a loan never ever use this company they are a complete rip offthey are charging you high interest rates even with good credit scores they are also charging you by the day which eats up your payment you will owe them for life if you get a loan from them please beware run for your life

Get a pre approved offer in the mail...call them up and give them all your personal informationand they say they don't have any loans for you.....JUST AN INFORMATION GATHERING CENTER....!!!.....Total waste of time and they will sell your info to someone else!!!

My balance shows missing payments, which I have most def made and I have no way of getting into contact with anybody from here
I googled a customer service phone number and all it says is "the line is busy I'll take you back" and nothing happens

I recently got approved for a loan with this companyWell I thought I did but after going threw the whole process of applying and getting approved I got and additional step that required proff of residency so I sent a picture of my driver license that is a goverment idWell apperently not since im hispanic I am required to sent a picture of my passport or green cardSo I asked if everybody had to supply such documents and they said no only sometimes its requiredIm other words unless ur not hispanic or anyother race other then white its a requirmentSo never the less its discrimination I would not recomend anyone to do business with this company

I received a preapproved offer from best eggI entered the offer code and the amount that I wanted I then thought about my financial situation and decided to appy for a lower amount as I would be able to pay it off in months I went back online to complete my application and was unable to change the amount
I called the number of my application First, the customer service rep did not understand that I had not completed the application and just wanted to change the amount that I requested When she finally got it about minutes into the call, she told me that the only way I can change the amount to a lower amount was to close the application After a two minute hold, she came back and told me that the only way they could close the application was me to complete the application, allow them to run my credit and then they could close it I was then told that if the application was closed I would not be eligible for the pre-approved offer that I was using I told her that was the stupidest thing I had evern heard of...her response? "That's how our system is programmed."
