Have a loan but cannot get through to customer service after multiple attempts on various days of the week at various times of day.

I do not normally write reviews, however, I was very pleased with the process and results in obtaining a Best Egg loan. Everyone was very knowledgeable and professional. All of my questions were answered in timely manner. Christine did an exceptional job in processing my loan request. I would highly recommend Best Egg to others.

I'm very satisfied with my experience so far. Was a quick and easy process for me. Applied online and was accepted for a 3 year loan at 5.99% as advertised, . within one day, the funds showed up within three days. It was easy to setup direct deposit/automatic payments through my checking account and the account dashboard helps me keep track of my current balance. No problems, very favorable experience.

This was the worst experience when applying for a loan. I had not feedback from customer service. I sent all my personal information to the fax number provided and never heard anything. I have no idea if my personal information was recvd or is somewhere unknown. Emails are not answered and they lack customer service. To this date I still have no idea if I was approved or not.
Very disappointed. If you have the means of using another company, I suggest you use someone else.

What a huge scam. Steer clear is the best advice that I can give. I have a very good credit history and score, and recently refi'd my vehicle for a lower APR, so obviously I am in good standing with creditors. Low and behold, I was denied, stating there is no rate available on an $8000 loan. What in the heck does that even mean!?
The funding is via "Cross River Bank", so admittedly I should've done more research here. Folks, SHRED those "pre-approval"(what a concept) letters and don't waste your time. Revdex.com: Please review this business' practices and evaluate their scores with you.

I have read the negative reviews. First the offer I received in the mail did not guarantee a 5.99% interest rate. It clearly says "Fixed APR: As Low as 5.99%". Further once I applied and was approved, I was given my truth in lending agreement in which it clearly told me what my interest rate was, what my APR was, my monthly payment and the total amount I would pay over the life of the loan. I agreed to it and had my money in my account within 2 days. There were no deceptive measures on Best Egg's part, it was an honest, easy and simple process. Here is the thing, you don't have to accept their offer, but if you do, it is your responsibility to read the offer and the agreement. Best Egg has been a life saver. I can finally breathe again!!

Beware consumers!!! They draw you in with a low fixed rate. When you finish the process it's up around 20%

Much like everyone here, I got a mail saying I was preapproved. Have over 10,000 in credit debt, thought I would give it a try. I apply online and was decline after filling out the application. Worst advertisement ever.

My experience with Best Egg is negative. Run folks, don't walk away from their offers. I was approved for a $30K loan to consolidate high credit card rates and was told it would be at 8%. Once I received the loan and paid the other cards off and I received my paperwork from Best Egg they had jacked the rate up to 18%. I've also ask to change my automatic draft and can get no one to assist me. They don't want to work with you at all. I recently lost my job and tried speaking to them about a plan that would lower my payment but again, no assistance and no willingness to work with me. I tried using a fax number that I was given not once but twice with no luck in getting a letter faxed to them.
So, guess what Best Egg you will force me into bankruptcy.
