Loan process was easy online. Spoke with Marylou she was knowledgeable and helpful. She offered to complete application with me, when I said I wanted to think about it she did not pressure me to make the sale.

When I arrived at their home, they wanted me to start the very next day.  There were large bubbles of water between the sheet rock and paint.  Water had been sitting there for weeks.  She said that the mold was making her ill and she could not stay in the home another day.  I had never seen this before - the water was being held in by the paint and this is how the mold problem started.  We did start the next day to fix this problem.  When I thought it was our problem, I did everything and went above and beyond and gave her $200 and even offered my credit card number to pay for a hotel from me personally.  Once we discovered that it was the pipe causing the problem and not resulting from our work, she returned the money for the hotel.  She felt it was not my responsibility to correct the problem since it was not our work that caused the mold and leaking.  She said she was going to file a claim with her insurance company.   My company fixed the issue and problems with Mrs. Brazil's home regarding problems that were not caused by our work.  All the work was completed six (6) months ago at their request and we had not heard anything else until now from this complaint with the Revdex.com.

I really liked how fast and easy it was to get my loan with Best Egg, the entire process was quick and easy, and I had my money within a few days! The only negative thing I can say about Best Egg is that the fee comes right off the top of your loan amount which I didn't realize until after I received my funds. Otherwise I would highly recommend Best Egg to anyone looking for a loan.

well, got that letter, filled out information, I have very good credit , 24 percent interest is what they offered and loan amount would only be 19,900. So how can u get the 5.9 interest rate? The last time I was offered a 24 percent interest rate was when I had no credit. SCAM letters that they are sending out. From the other reviews they will reply to this review and say please call, as with others they don't do anything. Consolidation sounded good, but hey I can just get a credit card that offers free balance transfers and no internet for 12 months. I went here cause I figured I could get at least a 6.3 interest rate lol. This company is fishing for the weak, no amount of loan is worth paying back that high of interest.

I had checked the reviews and found that most complaints revolved around service for those people who had issues after receiving the loan. Unfortunately, or fortunately, I had no issues, so cannot comment on the after loan service.
I can say that the loan process was easy and quick; and it worked as advertised. My only caveats are the interest-rate, the loan charge, and the misleading advertisement.
The mail that we consistently received advertised that a loan of $40,000 has already approved. We were aware that that was hyperbole, however, we were not happy when the loan amount to dropped to 25,000.
They offered us a loan at 28%, which was no better than the credit cards it was intended to replace. After we ignored their emails for two or three weeks, they offered us 18%, which, while not great, is less than we were paying our credit cards. One other surprise, was a $700 loan fee.
SUMMARY: The loan process was smooth and quick and performed as promised, but is very expensive.

Best Egg uses deceitful pratices phishing for new customers. I received a letter stating I was pre-approved for a fixed rate, no-collateral loan. After completing the online application, within less than 3 minutes it came back saying it was not approved. I phoned the company to see if they had pulled a hard credit report and if this was a joke. I was informed they did since I had provided my information. I asked that it be removed because I only provided my info because I was pre-approved. I was told "I had a high credit score that's why it was sent to me but they didn't know why my request was denied, just wait for the letter." Don't fall for this type of phishing. Now I believe they get your information just to sell it or store it, but it's not good. DO NOT RESPOND, NOT REAL. AND IF IT IS REAL, CONDISDERING THE OTHER REVIEW, WHO WOULD ACCEPT A LOAN WITH AN INTEREST RATE OF 25%? CRAZY

Filed for a larger amount, but got a lesser amount with a higher interest rate. Easier o use than the older credit cards.

They seem legit, but maybe not the best choice for me. I started creating an account, based on the Offer Code, but did not like that by the third page, I still did not know what the site was doing with my information. Were they going to call me? Email me? Do a credit search which might hurt my credit? I decided to not authorize the Credit Check and to cancel my request. Well, there was no Cancel button, and there was no way to back up and clear what I had entered on previous page. There was only a Logout option. However, this company now has my personal information, which I foolishly entered without checking them out a bit more thoroughly. Thank goodness this company is not my only option, though I hope my filling in even part of the request will not hurt my very good credit score.

This was a very quick way to get a consolidated loan. The only thing I was upset about is they don't allow you to too bimonthly payments to better budget your money which is what I thought the whole loan was about so one paycheck is limited to only paying best egg and the other one and I can do other things and I don't like that. Any other loan that I have gotten has always allowed to make bimonthly payments.

Application and approval process was fast and uncomplicated.

I got the offer and decided to fill it out. I was asked for $25, 000 and was offered $10, 000 but not near 5.99% it was 29.99%. Wow is this legal? Are there not usuary laws? I did though not put my correct phone number as I figured they would pester me. Here in Florida if you tell them not to call you and they do, you can get $1, 500 a call. But I do not want to deal with it.
These rates are higher that my credit card rate, so I closed it out.

My experience with Best Egg was fast, easy, and a very simple process. The money was in my account within a few days. I would recommend them to anyone and would consider obtaining other loans with them.
