I was contracted to replace the roof. When I
finished, she said she paid the 1st check from the insurance company.
She pointed out some broken wood on the fascia area, in  the front of
the house. She said that we did it and we need to fix it. I called to

pictures we took of the home before we started the roof to show her
that area was damaged before we started. After showing her the pictures
she said she still did not believe it and we need to fix it before we

So without paying us, she still said she wanted a receipt of us being
paid in full. She said id I do not give her a receipt it would not be
good for my company, then 10 minutes later I received an email from the

Got very fast approval and within 2 days the money was pending in my bank. My total interest rate is 17%. Not the low rate I was hoping for but far better than my credit cards. I opted for a 3 year repayment plan but have not yet made any payments. I read all the negative reviews on here and tried to cancel the loan. When I checked my bank it was too late because the money was already there. So far it was easy to pay off all those credit accounts. Now I have one payment that is somewhat smaller than what I was paying but more of the money is going to principal rather than interest.
