The process was very smooth, almost to smooth. Only thing I didnt like is that I couldnt go back and lower my loan request, after seeing my interest rates. But I hope to pay off early.

Excellent and extremely process

Thus far I am a bit frustrated. A week+ into this simple 10,000 loan, I was told very quickly I was approved for in Black and white, turned into funds dispersed to my account of only 9,500.0 and change. ?????
My first payment due on the 18th of April. To this point, my log in does not work, 7 days later??? I have made several call, and when I finally get a live human being, they say,, just give it a couple of days,, they are backed up???? WHAT?? IM a customer thats paying semi reasonable interest on a loan thats already incorrect, and I can't access an account Ive set up on my end, to view and make payment options a week later??
Ive called twice now to resolve this and burned more than an hour on hold for this one topic. Just to get the same answer,,"wait a few days"?? No one can tell me how many, because thats apparently an unknown??
What! are we in 1999 all over again? Im certain I won't get a penalty charge if I can't make a payment on time, because I was too busy to make the payment, as they state their business is currently so busy!! This is simple keystrokes folks!! Unacceptable answers.
If you don't mind waiting a week or two or three to access your own personal information you ve provided them, which they likely use for their own monetary purposes, then by all means Go for it. I did, and thus far Im feeling a bit dumb for using this service.

I contacted Best Egg as I too was curious about their rates and what they can offer based on the email fliers I received. I'd like to say while I did get approved, the loan payments were more than what the debt consolidation needed requires. They wanted over $1200/month for payments of a $35,000 loan. I received better offers with more funding from other institutions and declined their offer.

I have not received my funds yet but the web application, the software and the questions I called them on were all quickly and easily answered just be prepared to pay an extremely high interest-rate if you need the money.
