After receiving several solicitations, I decided to apply, only to be told that there were no offers for me because I "live outside their service area." Excuse me? You have my mailing address so clearly you know where I live, and if that isn't in your service area, why are you soliciting me? Ridiculous!

Interest rates offered were not near the advertised rates of 5%. With income over 90K & a credit rate of just under 800, this offer of 23.99% was ridiculous, rejected.

I have been trying to reach best egg for a month to speak to a real person to get my loan automatic payment date changed- I do not have my account number because I was enrolled in paperless billing. When the "enter your account number" prompt comes up when calling the 855 number, I don't enter anything, and the automated voice says "connecting you with customer service".... Then a busy tone. Every.single.time. I would really, really appreciate it if someone would contact me. Super frustrating.

So fast and user friendly. I kept waiting for a glitch and instead I got my money I needed insanely fast.

I was very surprised at the ease and fairness in which I received my loan.

I rate them an F. Everything was fine until they called to verify and then the rather "bored" rep informed me that I could not use the combined income of our household to process for a loan. Completely disgusted with being misled!

Best Egg was an easy no hassle loan. I could not believe how easy it was to get the loans and the funds were available immediately.

Absolute [redacted] tactics. I make well above the norm and was turned down without running my credit and when I called I was told that a letter will be in the mail. They said they used the credit bureau as a guide and that my income didn't equal my debt which is a load of garbage. How do they have access to any credit information without me putting my info down or giving permission to access. This company is fishing for something I just can't figure out what. Now we can wait for the same canned response they will reply to this negative review. Just like the same canned response they give to all the rest. [redacted] tactics.

I did in fact discuss with My Best Egg what the company considered to be inconsistencies in loan documentation, at which point the My Best Egg representative informed me he would call my employer for verification (since these items were from documents created by my employer).  My employer has informed me they are in the process of responding to My Best Egg for clarification.  From the discussion with My Best Egg, I don't believe these are in fact inconsistencies, and a discussion with the employer should be satisfactory to clarify any outstanding questions the company has with the loan documentation.  My Best Egg simply needs to give my employer ample time to reply.
 
Further, I still hold to my original complaint.  I received an email from My Best Egg, indicating to me that, "We are sending you your funds, and you can expect to see them in your bank account in 1-3 business days."  I should not be punished simply because I did, in fact, expect these funds, which were promised me in writing in the form of an email from My Best Egg.  Therefore, the current outcome is not satisfactory as a resolution, and I still seek the full funding of the outstanding loan amount, as originally promised by My Best Egg.

They are not setup as a regular lender.
They use SST (Pretty Shoddy Shop) to do their servicing and their website is horrid.
Like others here I also received the invite with the similar offering.
The customer service at SST is a joke.
I would have went to Lending Club or a regular bank as the rates were the same.

If you thought you could not get help and it be private Best Egg are the people you want to do business with. Thank you so much for the help.

I just received a loan rejection letter from Best Egg. I NEVER applied for a loan with Best Egg. In fact, I never heard of them before.

It was amazingly easy to submit application and to receive funds , which I needed to consolidate credit card debt and get myself out of this endless payment cycle. Representatives were extremely nice. No strings attached, just a simple loan process. I consider myself fortunate to find BestEgg.com. I'll be out of debt in 3 years.

Went to pay off a loan with Best Egg, & 7 days after I send them a check from my credit union, they send me an e-mail saying my loan has been sold ! Well I'll drive my happy [redacted] to your place of business, because I won't play this game..

I responded to an add trying to consolidate credit card debt. The rate I got offered was 26% roughly, more than twice what my credit cards charge. They are ridiculous!
