These guys are the sm of the earth. For 2 years now I have been trying to get off their mailing list and they keep pestering me. I would never do business with them because they are liars and prey on old people like me!

I got my offer through Credit Sesame I filled out the application and was pre approved. I did not take the loan right away because I had some questions. I called them they were very helpful so I went ahead and applied. I had to submit some documents, everything went through so they said two days I will receive the money. Then I got worried after reading all the negative views and got scared I was scammed. So I called them back to confirm everything. I am happy to see they have a B+ rating, but could not understand why they had so many bad reviews. I have nothing but positive things to say about them. This really hurts a company and people who really needs a loan. If I would have read all these reviews in the beginning I would have not applied. I stepped out on faith and so far I have not had nothing but good things to say about them.

was more than the payoff amount actually owed.  Unfortunately, we will not process a payoff amount that is more than the amount owed.  I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.  According to our records you spoke to a supervisor on 3/11/2016 who set up the correct payoff amount based on the amount that was owed on 3/3/2016 in the amount of $5,987.04.  All interest accrued from 3/3/2016 when the payoff was initiated will be waived.  As of today you no longer owe on your Best Egg loan as long as your payment does not return as insufficient.  Please feel free to contact me directly with any additional questions or concerns using the information I left on your voicemail.  I have tried to contact you several times to discuss with no success.  Thank you!

When my bank wanted to draw out the loan process and I needed fund quickly I found Best Egg to meet my urgent needs for a short term loan. They worked quickly without the big bank aggravation.

I considered getting a credit card consolidation loan and looked at several other lenders before deciding to apply with Best Egg. The application process was easy, I applied on a Wednesday night at 10 pm, received an email Thursday my loan was approved and funds were direct deposited into my bank account on Friday. Truly a Streamlined Lending Process! Thanks Best Egg! I highly recommend!

Received a letter in the mail stating I was pre-approved. I submitted my information and I was denied. Do not let this happen to you, obviously they do not know what pre-approved means. Letters that come in the mail are misleading.

I just took out a loan best Egg to consolidate credit card debt. They refuse to permanently increase my monthly payment, I get no monthly statement and U can only make additional payments equal or more than your monthly payment. Poor service of doing what agreed over the phone. It appears that they will do everything to make sure U only pay the initial monthly payment so they get all of the interest on the loan. I never had a loan that worked against the borrower in paying more against the loan and not providing ba monthly statement.

I have never reviewed anything online ever. With that being said, I decided to write this review because I almost did not apply for this loan due to the negative reviews that I read. My experience was seamless. I applied online with the pre approval code that I received in the mail. I was given three loan options. I waited one day to make a decision and then I chose the loan that was best for me. I received one phone call from customer service offering assistance with any questions that I had. I submitted my documents and the funds were in my account the next day. I then registered my account for online access and everything is there for you. With the online access you can make extra payments or even pay off your loan early as well as switch from autopay and many other features. The application process and funding was much easier and quicker than I expected and I would definitely recommend Best Egg to anyone trying to get out of debt

They sent me snail mail offering a debt consolidation loan, advertising a low rate. When I went to the website and typed in information, they came back and offered me a loan with a 30% interest rate. I immediately closed the application. They attempted follow up email and phone calls, but there is absolutely no way I would accept a loan from these people. A 30% interest rate is double some of my credit cards!

I received an offer in the mail from Best Egg for up to $50,000 at a rate as low as 5.99%. I was apprehensive but decided to submit an application on-line for a $25,000 loan. I make a great living, have excellent credit and have never taken a cash advance on a credit card, etc.and the rate they offered me was 16.99% with an origination fee of more than $1,200. This rate is more than ANY of my credit card rates. I notice that Best Egg responds to the negative reviews on this site so I would like to ask them a question...has anyone EVER qualified for 5.99%? I'm guessing that you make it so difficult that only someone who makes $500,000 and would never need a loan from you would qualify...am I right? The customer service people were very nice and professional...it's too bad they're dealing with a product like this.

Best Egg was easy to use, promptly processed my request and gave me a great interest rate! I'm rebuilding my financial life and they have helped me do that!
