Such a load of crap. Just like everyone else I received something in the mail and almost threw it away. I wish I had. I came to the Revdex.com and read through all the reviews and almost decided not to apply because of all the negative reviews. I read a couple positive reviews and thought that my wife and I make good money and have an excellent credit score so I thought I would give it a shot. It came back and we weren't even approved. Stay away from this place. Just go to your local credit union or bank.

It was easier than I thought. But I was hoping for more but for now I will take what I can get at a payment I can handle for now.

My experience is identical to the ones I had read about in Revdex.com's negative reviews. "No offer for you at this time" even though I have pretty good credit rating and decent salary to debt ratio. I just wanted consolidate to one payment and possibly lower my credit card interest. I believe its a scam to collect sellable info. They should be shutdown. They skirt the law through misleading and vague offers of help. The only people they intend to loan money to are people that don't need loans. They do not intend to help those whose need it. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!!!!!!

Gosh, that was a very easy process. I have had a life-changing event that has increased my credit card balances. To consolidate the credit cards into one payment, one interest charge will make all the difference for me.

At the time I did the loan I was dealing with another loan company of whom I have had 2 other loans with and paid off, I went to Best Egg and they gave me a monthly payment I couldn't refuse, I was ecstatic to say the least, while my approval went through with Best Egg the other loan company was wanting information from me that they had asked me previously for, I was not happy about that at all.

We had know problems it was fast and easy to get the loan.

Not on auto hit my account and caused 3 overdraft fees after I talked to rep.cause a bump in the road this month with my pay check.treated like I was criminal after I requested a change in due date to fall more in line with my pay days.wish I would have used a different company to help consolidate my bills.Big regrets and head achs. No help and understanding from these people.

After receiving Best Egg Pre-approved confirmation certificates for several months, I finally decided to take them up on their offer. I was denied: The income is insufficient to manage the current non-mortgage debts
So now I wonder what was I pre-approved for?

Very well run company. Process was smooth and I was approved immediately. Would recommend to anyone with good credit that needs cash. Interest rate is fair.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I understand that loans made to an individual will be based upon that individual's income.  Therefore, DO NOT ask for household income amounts as this is NOT going to be considered for loan approvals.  Unnecessarily asking for household income amounts is rude and very nosy!!The practices of this business make me very suspicious, especially when they ask loan applicants if their money is directly deposited into their bank account.  If I have a job, then what does it matter to a loan company if I carry a paper paycheck to the bank, or if I have it directly deposited?  I will be watching my accounts and my identity information very closely. Send this message to Best Egg, as they have not provided me with any other means of contact.  This will end my complaint.  Best Egg need not respond - EVER!

I read all the negative reviews, but still went online and submitted my "Pre-Approved" number (not "pre-selected"). I asked for a much lower amount than the maximum that could have been asked for. I was declined for any amount. I called them to see if they would approve a lower amount, and was told that I could not be approved for ANY amount. The only good thing I have to say about Best Egg is that the lady I talked to in customer service was very nice. I am now concerned about them having my date of birth, social security number, etc, and that I will be slammed with SPAM because they have my email address. I would NOT recommend this company. They should not be allowed to send you offers for pre-APPROVED offers that are not truly pre-APPROVED.

[redacted] promised me that the lien wavers and warranty papers for materials would be sent to around the 20th of September. I have yet to receive those.
