I called Plumbing Masters due to a faulty toilet They came out the same day and within hours of calling WITHOUT an extra charge My plumber was Jesse Band he was so down to earth and honest He made recommendations, but put absolutely no pressure on me whatsoever He did what was needed to get the problem taken care of for now I will have him return to replace the toilet after payday:) The reps on the phone that assisted were so nice also I would highly recommend this company They also are priced at a good rate...better than others....and I believe they are much more honest

My problem was a gas water heater The number identified what needed to be done: clean filter, flame trap, and drain water heater I called Plumbing Masters and requested these services A Tiffany quoted me $for those services and added that for $more, I could be a member of a "club" This club, according to her, would give me extended warranty on their work and if I required additional plumbing services in the future, they would wave their $fee The serviceman arrived in a timely manner and informed us that we had not paid for him to perform the services requested, however, he could do the flush for free because we were members of the "club" AFTER THE SERVICEMAN ARRIVED, I requested the documentation to be emailed to me regarding the "club" Originally, they had planned to mail it to me ( convenient, huh?) It's clear from the document emailed that I did not pay for the services I requested!!!!!! We have to pay $additionally for our water heater to get the maintenance we requested This is clearly a scamIn total we paid $for a routine maintenance! While the serviceman was very pleasant and helpful, this does not erase the clear mission of this business to scam a homeowner

I broke the connection between the flapper valve and the chain tht goes to the handle of the toiletJessie Green came out and was able to re-attach it, and he did not charge me

In May, 2015, we bought a condo in Sun City, Arizona When we moved in December, 2015, we experienced problems with the hot water heater Our home warranty company sent a totally incompetent plumbing company to fix the water heater After three weeks of frustration and cold water we needed a different companyIn our HOA booklet, we found PLUMBING MASTERS who had an A+ Revdex.com rating We called them in the morning and that very afternoon we had a new water heater Mark B, our plumber, was excellent! After three weeks we finally had hot water!
In January, 2016, our kitchen sink was severely clogged Again we called Plumbing Masters Tests diagnosed a collapsed pipe The test also showed that the rest of the system was at the end of its service life Rather than patch, patch, patch, we decided to replace the entire underground pipe system
Plumbing Masters sent an outstanding crew to do the work! Brad our plumbing specialist and his team--Wilman, Jeremy, and Charlie--installed the new system Brad and his crew were polite, efficient, and very competent Brad worked right along side his men There was no leaning on shovels, no extended breaks, and no wasting time They were there to work and work they did! They were "truly master plumbers"!
Brian M*, the company owner, Richard, the operations manager, Mary, the accountant, and the entire staff provided exemplary service It's obvious they practice and believe in "customer satisfaction"! Plumbing Masters is truly an A+ company!

Made an appointment and waited all day for the service tech only to receive a call from Ana at 4:45pm telling they couldn't make it until days later because they overbooked

I am a senior citizen, and Plumbing Masters' tech assumed, correctly, that I did not know the price for replacing my water heaterHe charged me $1449, which I can ill afford - I had to charge it, and it took me months to pay it offI found out later, from talking with other people, that the job should have cost $- $at the most, which means I was overcharged by at least $That is 50% TOO MUCH! I called later to complain, and my son wrote a letter to Brian M***, their General Manager, but he has never even replied

On October 9th I needed a plumber as my yard was being flooded by my irrigation systemNot only did the receptionist help me in where to locate the water shut off valve at the street, but quickly sent out two gentlemen Dan and Shawn who figured out the problem and worked to solve itThey didn't have the right part but called another work truck who had the part neededAfter they retrieved said part, they came back and it was quickly installedThe professionalism shown to me was beyond reproach and I will use them again in a heartbeatThank you Plumbing Masters
