I called for a repair of a faucet leak in my laundryPlumber arrived as scheduled and did a very professional repair and replacement of the shutoff valves

My name is Shantilal Patel and we had minor plumbing problem and after contacting several plumbing companies in our area we called Plumbing Masters and we were amazed by the receptionist who was very efficient and sent Mark B within an hour to help us and Mark was fantastic, he did all the work extremely well and also gave us good safety tips and would rank our experience with Plumbing Masters as 5/and would recommend the all our friends , very good company, I wish I can give the names of other companies we called but I will hold my opinion for now, well-done Plumbing Masters, keep up the good work

I called because I had a couple of questions regarding the work that was previously done (install hot water heater and comfort water pump), Mike P came out again the same day I called and answered all my questions and showed me how to work the timer on the pump and adjusted the temperature for the hot water heaterGreat service!

We have tried to meet everyone of her needs. We have now put the water softener on the lowest setting to see if the problem...

Despite the fact that Plumbing Masters was upfront about the risk of...

the material fracturing when replacing the valve and Mr. [redacted] speaking to a manager before the work was started to repair the fracture at which time he agreed to continue, we have refunded the addition monies to him. This is only to avoid any further disparagement of our good name through this outlet (Revdex.com). This is clearly nothing more than Mr. [redacted] making and adult decision and later not wanting to pay for it. We will not seek any compensation for his breach of contract but any and all written or implied warranties are null and void due to violating the contract for no monies paid for service rendered.

On December 18, 2013 Plumbing Masters received a call from Mr. [redacted] that he had a leak in the kitchen under the tile and wanted us to detect the leak.

Our charge for this service is $315, we waive this fee if the work is done.

technicians discovered a leak under the slab and recommended are-rout of pipe to fix the problem (see invoice# [redacted] attached).

The technicians explain to the customer that most insurance companies will pay for access and repair of the access and any damages, however they do not pay to fix the leak.

See attached fax dated 12/21/13 with breakdown to insurance company with total of $2687.00.

Plumbing Masters was forthcoming with Mr. [redacted] and promptly assisted him with his claim to the insurance company.

Plumbing masters as a courtesy deals with insurance companies. Plumbing masters uses language that the insurance adjuster understands to make the claim smooth and delivers prompt payment to the customer.

In conclusion plumbing masters repaired the problem and promptly assisted the customer in settling the claim with the insurance company.

A meeting with the customer is set, for Monday 4/14/14 at 9:30 AM.

Hello All,

       This is [redacted] owner of Plumbing Masters.  I

saw this response by our customer and it concerned me.  [redacted] and I set an appointment to meet with

the family and go over all their concerns. 

After this meeting I realized that we had made some big mistakes and I

am sorry for them.  I am going to refund

$1500 and address the way we handle our customer so this will not happen to

someone else.  Also about the

communication with the insurance company, I called them and verified that they

approved the claim from the information they got from the plumber that did the

work.  I regret to say that Plumbing

Masters had failed this customer and that is why they had to go to the Revdex.com.  I will put systems, and procedures, and

proper people in place to prevent this in the future.  Our goal is to make sure that every customer

is 100% satisfied and that they will be our customers for life.  Before I left Mr. and Mrs. [redacted]’s home I

asked if doing this would make them happy, and they told me yes.

I had been looking after a home in Paradise Valley when, in the morning of Sunday, July 3, I noticed a serious leek from a faucet in the kitchen. Because of the set up of the faucet, water was leaking continuously onto the countertop and then into the cupboards below and onto the floor. At the request of the homeowner I made an internet search for a 24/7 plumber and found Plumbing Masters. Not expecting much, in view of the proximity to the July 4 holiday, I called the company and almost immediately heard a very friendly voice asking how she could help me. I tentatively asked if she had a plumber available that day, and was told she could have someone with me within the hour. Fifty minutes later James arrived. He quickly made his assessment and offered his recommendations which I passed on to the home owner. Plumbing Masters have fixed charges for virtually every conceivable plumbing repair and these were clearly explained to me. The necessary repairs were agreed and James departed briefly to procure the necessary parts. He returned within forty minutes and the repairs were completed within an hour of his return. The repaired faucet is now working perfectly and I had a relaxing afternoon and enjoyable 4th July rather than continuously mopping up water as I had anticipated on discovering the leak.

I suspected I had a water leak under my house. I called PLUMBING MASTERS and a technician was at my house in a few hours. An hour later a leak detection specialist arrived and isolated the problem. JESSE AND JIM quickly stopped the leak and made recommendations for a permanent repair. JOSHUA arrived the next day and permanently repaired the leak and installed a new water softener. I am completely satisfied with PLUMBING MASTERS - their responsiveness, knowledgeable technicians, products and high quality service. I highly recommend PLUMBING MASTERS to anyone in need of professional plumbing services.

These guys were great. Jim, Jesse, and the Daves were very proficient, professional, timely, and good humored. They got my slab leak repaired in a matter of a few hours. We couldn't be happier. I would recommend Plumbing Masters to everybody who has a plumbing problem.

I had a blown water softener and I called Plumbing Masters and from the lady that answered the phone to Keith, Jim and Jesse that showed up at my door, I cannot express how kind, well trained and hard working they all were to not only take care of the softener too calming me down because I was in tears and they even hauled away the old softener. They checked all remaining pipes, the water pressure and showed me where the shut off valve was so I knew, because I didn't have a clue! What a wonderful company. They are extremely knowledgeable, trust worthy and hard working. They offer many different services and I highly recommend them!

We have absolutely no problem giving you every penny back if we did not do what we said we would. Plumbing Masters is all about satisfaction, if your not happy you dont pay!!!
