We have used Plumbing Masters for all our plumbing and air conditioning needs. They have replaced our AC unit, and done plumbing repairs and have done an excellent job with reasonable pricing. Their response time is short, they let you know via phone when they will arrive on the scheduled day, and their work is very professional and clean. I would highly recommend them. Robin did an excellent job today for clogged drains. All their work carries their warranty.

Because I have an older home, I've used this company about seven or eight times in the past ten years, and have always had a positive experience. However, this last visit on August 24th was exceptionally great! Robin was very efficient and professional, and provided outstanding service! I will certainly be using them again in the future!

Be sure you get a second opinion for any service you are quoted from this company. I was in a bind and needed to get the water turned back on a house and they completely took advantage of the fact that I was Female, and a senior citizen and charged me $1195 for a job that I got quotes from 2 other companies for $375 and $426. The plumber said he would be there at least 4 hours and he was not and he caused me to have drywall repair in addition to his charge and the other plumbers said the hole he cut was way to big for the repair he was doing. He also quoted me outrages prices for additional services that he thought I needed.. I felt like I was buying a used car!! I contacted the company 3 days ago and still have not heard back from a manager. Please get a second opinion on any work they do and save yourselves some money!!

Plumbing Masters saved the day! We had an issue with an outside valve that was damaged requiring the main water to be shut off to the house at 9pm. We called a number of plumbers offering 24/7 service and Plumbing Masters was the only one that offered to be onsite within 45 minutes of our call. Jessie arrived and examined the valve and immediately discovered that the bleeder valves had been broken off. His mastery of plumbing and mechanics allowed him to complete the repair within an hour and we were back to normal. Jessie is great, he's very professional and polite. I felt he conducted himself in an exemplary manner and did what was necessary at a reasonable cost to complete the repair. I highly recommend Jessie and Plumbing Masters.

Wonderful customer service and super friendly staff. Work was done quickly and correct the first time. I wont use any other plumber ever again besides Johnny. Unbelievable speed of the response after I called for the appointment.

I paid to be a diamond club member and had A technician out on Monday to inspect our pipes. Less than 48 hours later our sink and washing machine backed up. Two more technicians showed up this morning and said it will cost $569 to fix it. Nothing was broken until after the first technician finished with our diamond club inspection. Now our house smells like sewer. This company is a scam. The first tech was [redacted].

This company charges $300 per hour which is a huge ripoff. They charge me $721 to snake my mainline.

On Saturday, 1-2-2016, we woke up and noticed water backing up in the shower
when we flushed the toilet. I called Plumbing Masters. The plumber came out and
put a camera in our drains and found roots in the line. He said that the inspection
fee would be waived if we decided to get the drains fixed. Because it was an
emergency, I agreed. At noon two men started working; digging down to find the
sewer pipe that was clogged. They replaced about 12 feet of drain pipes and
installed cleanouts and finished at about 6 pm (for a total of about 6 hours.) We
have no complaint about the quality of the work. They charged me $4,200.00 for
6 hours of simple manual labor. I had to put it on my charge card. I was astonished at the amount I was charged, and strongly feel that the amount was
unreasonable. I have seen their ads boasting a $99 drain cleanout; and another
ad says, "Plumbing issues shouldn't drain your wallet." Well, they certainly drained my wallet!

Professional and friendly service we love him

[redacted] from Plumbing Masters was very professional yet friendly, explained the various options to solving two plumbing problems clearly and concisely including work to be done, cost for each of the options & amount of time for both projects. Though the options were from more costly to less costly, there was no persuasion on his part to select one option over the other only explanations of selection. Once I selected the option, work was immediately started and completed in a very timely manner with no household disruptions. I was very pleased with work done and with [redacted]'s professionalism. Following the installation of a new toilet and the replacement of parts in the tank of the other toilet, I noticed occasional surges ( gurgling of water ) of what I thought to be water pressure. I thought it as an adjustment period of the toilet to new parts! After a few days, the noise was so loud that it startled me, so I called Plumbing Masters late afternoon on Saturday. I was very hesitant to have the inspection/evaluation in the evening, but I was very concerned that something might blow up and that I would have extensive water damage in my home. When [redacted]. Called to inform me he was on his way, I expanded on the details of the problem. He immediately set my mind at ease by providing a verbal outline of what was to be done to evaluate the situation. Upon his arrival, he was the ultimate professional. Professional, friendly, soft spoken and nicely dressed---a white shirt! He immediately inspected the work previously done and found a small item that could have caused the problem in the toilet were parts were replaced. It was removed and I could immediately feel the difference in the handle when flushing the toilet and hear the difference in the sounds while flushing it. The tank filled up much faster than before. He than went outside to check water pressure and it was at a normal level. I was very pleased with [redacted]'s professionalism andwork ethic.
