Exceptional quality and service. Johnny and his team were very professional and knowledgeable. They completed all the work within the time Johnny quoted us before starting. He was very straightforward with pricing and offered us various options to meet our needs and budget. We could not be more pleased.

Plumbing Masters came to my home the same morning I called. The service I received was outstanding!! Our technicians were professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Our drain was fixed with absolutely no problems. Plumbing Masters went above and beyond to help and will always be my plumber!!

We had [redacted] come out for our plumbing needs, in which he fulfilled all of our wishes , was punctual, efficient, and very polite. He did a great job by himself even though it was a two man job, and found an alternate solution to get the job done quicker and more convenient to our liking. He even helped me push my car back in the driveway after he was finished when he didnt have to. I would highly recommended [redacted] and Plumbing Masters to family and friends. Review: We contacted Plumbing Masters to come to our rental house to clear the main drain. In the process of cleaning out the pipes in the bathroom through the toilet they scratched the tile up in the guest bathroom. It took months before someone contacted me to address the problem. First a tile company they contracted came in to see the damage and see if they could fix it. After two tries , much to my disappointment, they informed me that they could not fix it and would replace all the tile that was connected to that room. They provided me with a few samples of tiles. I explained to them that the whole house had the same tile. We tiled it that way because we don't feel that it looks right to have different tiles in a house and feel the value of the house will decrease. The tile company said they would contact Plumbing Masters to ask them about it. Finally [redacted] , manager for Plumbing masters called me and we connected on 2-21-14 at 1:50pm. He informed us he would only fix the tile in that bathroom and nothing else. The bathroom is connected to the most of the tile in the rest of the house but he said they would make a "transition" for us. His only other option was to pay us $368.00 which would be his cost for the work to be done. I explained to him that we didn't feel that was fair and he said " We will not pay for the whole house retiled just because you chose to re-tile it" He also proceeded to tell me what a judge "would say" if the matter was brought to court. I quickly told him that he doesn't know what a judge would say and neither do it. I also told him I don't want my house retiled and I wish they would have been more careful with that tile. I Really don't want to go through the hassle and I have tenants living in that house currently. I don't want them to have to live somewhere else while the work is being done . I don't feel like [redacted] gave me a fair offer for fixing the problem and he said that was his final offer. [redacted] also offended me by saying I wanted my house retiled and this was why I was complaining. I really liked that tile in that house. I proceeded to tell him I wish his employees would have been more careful with my tile , then we wouldn't even have been having that conversation . I have not taken this to court yet. I will start here and see if this can be resolved.Desired Settlement: I want a minimum of $3000.00 for the tile throughout the house . There might be additional charges for a motel for my tenants. I will settle for the $3000.00.

We did scratch the customers tile on this call. We offered to refund all there money or replace the tile in the bathroom. The customer told us that they wanted us to replace the tile in the whole house so it all looks the same. We thought that was a little unreasonable. I called the homeowner and have agreed to meet them onsite and see if we could match the tile and fix the scratched tiles. We will be meeting today about this issue and hopefully come to a resolution today.Thank you,[redacted]

Not only was the office staff helpful, but so was the responding plumber, [redacted]. Very nice, caring, and wanting to make sure the job was done correctly and completely. [redacted] did a good job of showing and explaining the problem to me and helping me understand all of what was going on, even making sure we had follow up with another company that could take care of all the damage done from the leak that was being fixed. If we do ever have any future plumbing issues, we know who to call for a job well done.

Joe M[redacted] just saved me by fixing a pinhole leak behind my shower wall. He was courteous and professional. Cori on the phone was friendly. I highly recommend.

I am really pleased with the service this company provided, from the first phone call, to when the plumbers left my home. The woman on the phone was pleasant and very helpful, and was expedient in returning a call to me confirming when a plumber would be out to my home. The timing to get the plumber to my home was impeccable. And the plumbers were professional, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves really well. Kudos to Plumbing Masters and[redacted]

I totally trust [redacted] from Plumbing Masters to take care of all my plumbing needs. He and his son replaced all the plumbing in my townhouse because my old polybuteline piping was starting to leak. [redacted] has been back twice since to replace my water heater and my kitchen faucet. [redacted] is always professional, respectful, efficient, and honest. I will call for him every time there I have a plumbing need or just for the yearly maintenance check.

Rodger A.[redacted]g @ Plumbing Masters arrived promptly as scheduled offered a strategy that did not first include his services or costs although he easily could have. If follow on plumbing is required Plumbing Masters will be the only company we will use-professional and a first rate experience.

I had a clogged kitchen drain that another plumbing company was unable to unclog after two attempts. I contacted Plumbing Masters on a Sunday and a serviceman, [redacted], was here within 90 minutes. He was professional, clean, efficient, personable and took time to explain the drain system to me. He rooted the line from the outside and was able to clear the obstruction. I was very impressed with Ryan, both professionally and personally. What a tremendous asset he is to Plumbing Masters.
