We apologize for the delay in processing this account closure request.  After some back and forth between the customer and support to clear up an issue with the withdrawal address, the account withdrawal was processed on 6/6/2017. At this time we consider the matter closed.

This deposit was credited to the user's account on 2017-09-05 00:25:29 UTC and at this time we consider the matter resolved.

The support at Poloniex went on to give me access 3 weeks after I opened a ticket. Upon getting access my funds were gone. Apparently the money was stolen.I opened...

I then received this email August 4th:Poloniex<[email protected]>Aug 3 (13 days ago)tomeDear [redacted],First of all, we are very sorry for the delay in the escalation process.We have locked your Poloniex account and have reasons to believe your email account is compromised, please change its password and enable 2FA security on your email provider immediately, the attacker may be able to see this and try to lock you out - please act fast.In addition to this, please make sure that there are no remote assistance software enabled on your computer like Team Viewer or VNC.Once your email account is secured reply to this message and we will proceed.Sincerely,Poloniex Support Team then I was told:Dear [redacted],The attacker had already withdrawn your funds 21 minutes before this ticket was created. We can not assume any responsibility for a loss of funds due to your credentials being stolen through phishing/social engineering, which is most likely what happened here. We have never had any breach of security on our servers -- the attacker also had your email credentials as he used this to confirm the 2FA and the subsequent withdrawal. I am very sorry. The logs say the money was stolen 4 hours after I opened the ticket. I want every cryptocurrency in the amount that was lost on 7/16/2017 restored to my account. This happened on Poloniex supports watch. That is the only acceptable solution. I want nothing else but exactly what I had in my account. I had no access due to support taking their sweet time for 3 weeks with no sense of urgency. Telling me after the fact to lock my account when the money was long gone and then telling me lies in regard to the sequence of events. Please restore my funds.

This LISK deposited was credited to the customer's account on 2017-06-18 10:58:33The deposited LISK were then sold three hours later, on 2017-06-18 13:30:51This seems to have been a misunderstanding on the customer's part. At this time we consider the matter resolved.
