For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.According to information from the Poloniex support, it takes hours for manual release of the withdrawal, but in my case it was solved only after days in this period, because it is a very high risk activity, it is unbearable to keep days my Money stuck with the justification that it is validating my identity to prevent money launderingIn this case, I lost dollars due to volatility, if they had fulfilled the deadline of hours as stated in the support this would not have happened! They report that they are improving support, but the fact is they do not really care about the customer who pays high rates on negotiation fees to themAnyway, my demand was resolved, day after opening the complaint here in the Revdex.com, what I understand is that on their own account they do not! This case is solved, even with a loss of usd, disgusting disregard, but Okay!

determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
As I've stated in the original message my account balance of 1230 STEEM did reset to 0 after a disruption in the service. This also affected the account history, which was also wiped out. However the one immutable record of my  trasfer of STEEM currency to Poloniex account  is stored on the blockchain and can be seen here: https://steemd.com/tx/6d9f0d955fdabf6b04041bb5d00b5cfa9dd53ed7 . Before the exchange outage the memo STEEM transfers  for my account was 0c7d6479f358a652 and the funds were sent with correct memo. It seams that during the service disruption both my account history has been wiped out and the memo resetted.  Please resolve this issue and return the funds as soon as possible.

This account was compromised and support has been working with the user to verify their identity. Once we have positively confirmed that the person claiming the account is the true account owner we will release the account.

The failed STEEM withdrawal was canceled and credited back to the user's account on July 8, 2017.The SONM ERC20 tokens that the customer deposited are not supported by the Poloniex platform. We will attempt recovery of these tokens, but make no guarantee. The deposit page clearly warns of this,...

stating: "IMPORTANT: DO NOT SEND TOKENS TO THIS ADDRESS! Send only Ether (ETH) to this deposit address. Sending tokens or any other currency to this address will result in the permanent loss of your deposit."

This user attempted to deposit funds without the required memo field which, as indicated on the deposit form, can cause significant delays in processing. The XRP deposit has since been credited to the user's account. It appears that the deposit of XMR had already been processed and that complaint was an oversight on the user's part.
