I bought a ring from This companyI was exited to get the ring and propose to my girl with itI got the ring a little late than expected, but it was okayI gave the ring to her, she was surprised to get a ring from me, she was never expecting thisShe was wearing the ring for three hours and one of the stones fell off, so I called the company to get it replace and also to get it resize because it was a little smaller than I thought
They got the ring oct-and after they got it I got an e-mail saying they will sent the ring back to me in 5-business days Today is nov-and I just got the ring backLittle longer than they saidAnd they replace the missing stone but never resize the ring,and you probably know what I am felling right now, and the worst part is that I need to pay to send the ring back to them to resize it and wait another month to get it back again
Honestly is being such a hassle to buy a ring with this company even a friend how is an active duty soldier to

Overall my experience was good! I did have to send my ring back to have stone replaced! But very satisfied with ring over allIt did take longer then they estimated to get it repaired

They advertised the ring I purchased as being diamonds and original price was , they lied none of the carats are real and we are out bucksI will never shop st this sight again

I have contacted their customer service directly via phone, emailed three times and left messages on my online account asking for confirmation on production and shipping Zero response and I have plans to ask my sweetheart in a few days The online message center says they will reply within hours, again no reply over a day period Tracking information and production information is now no where to be found on my invoice The promises made during purchase have been false

I want to share an awful experience with this company Bought a Santa Clause pair of earrings for a child the Friday before Tuesday Christmas1) Was assured both in email and by two (2) customer service representatives that order would be received 12/ This was my specific reason for purchase and why I confirmed in advance times the delivery date2) Package tracking came an hour or so later 12/delivery
3) Customer service email tersely blamed it on a *** delay This statement was both and inaccurate *** was not the source of the delay I expect this is Pompeii's canned answer to every late shipment4) Tried calling customer service during business hours - they did not answer
5) Tried reaching out to owner Debra *** Her phone does not not have voice mail6) Their efforts at any resolution were an incredible disappointment
7) Take their website mission statement with a grain of salt and learn from my poor experience

I have ordered four pieces of jewelry, diamond rings and one diamond pendant, every one of the items is beautiful and well madeThe prices are absolutely, unequivocally unbeatable and I am a bargain hunter, always comparing prices/qualityI just love everything I’ve gotten and would order again and againEverything came with appraisals and in nice boxesLove love love

The company said they would be sending me the remade ring over 3 weeks ago and have had the ring in which they initially agreed to refund upon receipt of the return for almost 2 months and I still have no ring and no refund. The repair warranty is for 6 months which I am in fact still within and they agreed to remake the ring because of it coming out worse after their 1st attempt to repair it. I am fine with getting the ring back but it needs to be without defect and there is no indication in their response of their intent to return it to me. It has been almost 2 months and I have nothing, whereas they have my money and the ring.
