Poor quality, bad service, waste of money
I have never experienced such bad serviceThe rings are poorly made and they come in a cheapy boxMy boyfriend ordered me a rind before Christmas and realized the shipping speed was very slow, he paid for expedited shipping so we can actually receive it for Christmas (very pricey) but didn't come till a week afterThe ring came with a diamond missingWe called, the lady was very very rude and promised a new ring would be madeWe ship it back to wait weeks for the SAME RING to come back with the diamond missing and the prongs bentThis was not a cheap ringHe called again just for the lady to give him the same old "We will have a new one made blah blah blah" and decides to be very impatient and hang upWe decided to give it a couple days and call back to get a return label because at this point we don't want to pay for more shipping and the lady says that the policy has changed and they do not send out return labels (EVEN IF YOU GET TWO BROKEN RINGS) This is all a shamDo not purchase a ring from themPoorly made, sucky serviceWe are VERY happy with our *** ring

I am very disappointed in the quality of the diamond purchased though *** I ordered and recived a diamond (carat solitaire) necklace that is no where close to worth the amount paid for itIt was cloudy and the color was dullThe other half of it, the necklace came with the chain tangled, which after over an hour of work is still hanging tightAlso, the ribbon was not tied on to the jewelery box upon opening the shipping boxWhich makes me wonder if the piece was also tampered with before I even received itI don't have time to run to a jeweler to see if it is fake so it is straight to the return box for meI wouldn't trust this companyThe last time I order diamonds online

There's a form that needs to be filled out inorder to start a returnI have filled out the form or times and tried to contact the company's support team via email also, or timesNo response as of yetIt tells us to give them to hours for a response it's been over a week when I filled out the return form and a week since my first email to they're support teamI want to return an item I am not satisfied with

I want to share an awful experience with this company Bought a Santa Clause pair of earrings for a child the Friday before Tuesday Christmas1) Was assured both in email and by two (2) customer service representatives that order would be received 12/ This was my specific reason for purchase and why I confirmed in advance times the delivery date2) Package tracking came an hour or so later 12/delivery
3) Customer service email tersely blamed it on a *** delay This statement was both and inaccurate *** was not the source of the delay I expect this is Pompeii's canned answer to every late shipment4) Tried calling customer service during business hours - they did not answer
5) Tried reaching out to owner Debra *** Her phone does not not have voice mail6) Their efforts at any resolution were an incredible disappointment
7) Take their website mission statement with a grain of salt and learn from my poor experience

My husband bought my wedding/engagement ring set in It is a halo setting and I could not be more pleased In addition to the ring set he also bought a set of earrings and a necklace I have never in the five years had any problems, I never take my rings or my necklace off I am not easy on jewelry either, I play with the kids outside, baseball, soccer and am always digging in the dirtI consider my rings and necklace top quality

Purchased an engagement ring and matching diamond wedding band from Pompeiiin 2013, INCREDIBLE deal that holds up to third party appraisal, with unbelievable customer service and insanely fast shippingThen, last week, I emailed the owner to order a third band, that matches her wedding band, so as to complete the ring and make it symmetrical; I was a bit in a panic because it's for our third anniversary which is tomorrow, and the owner not only rushed the custom order construction, he had it to me with two days to spare at no extra charge

My fiancé has spent A LOT of money on diamonds from Pomeii The most recent purchase was my wedding ring and band I fell completely in love with the ring It is simply BEAUTIFUL BUT I recently took the ring in to a local jeweler to get it resized, cleaned and soldered for our big day Well here is the findings First of all I will saythe diamond is real thank God for that BUT the ring had loose diamonds and that were missing The ones that were missing were from the band in which I hadn't even worn It came right out of the box to the jeweler So needless to say it was a VERY expensive fix for us I was going to send the ring back to Pompeiibut after reading all of the reviews and finding out the nightmares that people were having when they sent their rings back in to the company, I decided to do everything locally It really is a shame because they do have some beautiful jewelry Think twice before purchasing with Pompeii

my ring was damaged -like it was bent? -and a diamond was missing a diamondI bought a warranty with it
When I contacted them they said take a picture, send I to them and they will repair for just the shipping cost of $On return I decided to go down size since it was slightly to bigOriginal size was a they said there would be a additional charge of since its a custom sizeLong store short they sent me another size when I contacted them they said it would be another extra even though they sent the wrong size
I went through my emails and specifically told them size 9.5..(SMH) I cant believe they wouldn't own up to there mistake and want to charge me again

I bought a diamond necklace for valentines day in mid JanuaryAs valentines day approached I still hadn't received the diamond so I started emailing themHowever, my emails weren't returnedAfter valentines day, I received a package with a diamond necklace with clarity much worse than what I had purchasedI emailed customer service who said that they would do an exchange a new necklace with the specifications I ordered and throw in a free appraisal I returned the necklace, only to have a email with improper grammar sent to me saying my purchase would not be honored and a refund givenNo details were given to why this was happeningI then phoned them, spoke with a customer representative who said a manager would phone me in the next few hoursMy phone call was not returnedI waited almost a month and no one contacted meI phoned again to complain a month later, and spoke to a managerThe manager was unsympathetic and did not recognize any fault or wrongdoing by the company

My husband ordered a ring for me it was awful quality, diamonds were loose, the gold was not smooth Sent it back for an exchange within the first days of receiving only to get another ring with the same bad workmanship, again the gold was not smooth and the diamonds were all different sizes Went to get a refund and it was days past the day money back guarantee they offer and they refused even though it had not been days since receiving the second ring I even asked for a credit towards something different from their site, to no avail

I now believe that PompeiiJewelry took my $for the same ring I'd tried to order from ***
