I now believe that PompeiiJewelry took my $for the same ring I'd tried to order from [redacted]

I ordered a pair of Diamond Studs as my daughters Christmas gift which was to arrive Christmas Eve. They did not come until Two days after Chrismas. I have tried calling the number listed on my receipt and told this number is no longer in service. I am very disappointed and no longer want the earrings. I went through [redacted] not knowing this was a third party vendor. I will not do this again!

I am very disappointed in the quality of the diamond purchased though *** I ordered and recived a diamond (carat solitaire) necklace that is no where close to worth the amount paid for itIt was cloudy and the color was dullThe other half of it, the necklace came with the chain tangled, which after over an hour of work is still hanging tightAlso, the ribbon was not tied on to the jewelery box upon opening the shipping boxWhich makes me wonder if the piece was also tampered with before I even received itI don't have time to run to a jeweler to see if it is fake so it is straight to the return box for meI wouldn't trust this companyThe last time I order diamonds online

*** bought a ring from Pompeiiat ***.comHe proposed about months laterI noticed that the ring had several problemsThe ring was advertised as having H color stones, however one of the stones is clearly much lower qualityThere is a soldering defect covering up etching work on the bandAnd there is a clamp mark as wellWe contacted Pompeiito request a returnThey denied the request due to the day return policy being expiredWhen I explained that the ring sold to us is not even close to what was described on the website, they still said they could not return itI asked to be transfered to a supevisor or managerThey transfered me to a Voicemail box with no name or number, so I have no idea who they transfered me toI left our names and my phone number for a call backWe have not yet heard back

I just wanted to compliment you product I purchased recently for our 50th anniversary The wedding band fit perfectly, the wife loved it and has rarely taken it off The diamonds were beautiful and the ring was everything that was advertised thanks again

Never again would I buy from this scamming company I purchased a product online, based on descriptions and pictures....many pictures I paid more than $for an engagement ring After I placed the order, many emails went unanswered, attempting to find out when the product would be shipped No answer ever! When I called the company, I was always routed to a voicemail When I finally called to "place a new order" someone answered and said they had no problem with emails from anyone else I am in IT so I know better...what an excuse I finally received the product only to get something NOT as advertised Within seconds of opening the box, I was disappointed with the quality of the engagement ring I immediate set about to return it and get a refund....another fiasco After days of waiting for NO response from RMA form or emails, I called pretending to place a new order, at which I spoke to someone Received an RMA# verbally and returned NEXT DAY AIRStill waiting on refun

I ordered a carat black diamond solitaire with two curved white diamond bands to go withI chatted online with Robert and he was quite helpfulWhen the rings came the bands were perfectThe black diamond solitaire however seemed smallIt was the size of any carat stones I have in my collectionI requested a return and was given one quicklyI also requested a larger carat black diamond solitaire in it's placeIt has yet to arrive since it has only been three days but will let you know if there are further issuesOtherwise I am satisfied with my dealings this far with Pompeii

My husband ordered my wedding ring December The ring arrived in time for our wedding December 22, However the ring was one size too big no big deal but by our wedding day my ring was missing diamond stones in the paved wedding band and one diamond was missing from the engagement ringAfter our wedding I immediately put back in the box for fear of loosing more diamondsThe next week paid over $ to ship back it had to have insurance due to the cost of the ringIt was received the first week of January and on the 8th of January my husband received confirmation that the ring had been resized and stones repaired and he needed to pay for the return shipping of $ He paid them immediately and by Thursday the 11th of January nothing regarding the status of our order as to weather or not it shippedSo I called and the woman explained that it went back to jeweler for a loose stone but would ship out on the 12th of JanuarySo needless to say by the 17th January my husband was concerned about my ring and what was going on so called back and yet again we were told the ring is still in with the jewler for another loose stone and it still has to be polished and shined before we send it back so hopefully the jeweler can have it done and shipped by Friday January 19thNeedless to say we will be waiting to see what happensWe are so displeased with our service and how the employees seem to be irritated by the customer calling to check on there purchaseWhen you spend well over $1,dollars on an item and then you have to come back out of pocket almost another $just in shipping the customer is the one who should be irritated not the company or its employeesEspically if they are the ones telling you via email your order is ready when it's obviously notHad better hopes for this companyIt almost feels like they want to milk some of the day warranty so if anything else should happen it may not be covered

My husband purchased my wedding ring from Pompeiiback in We weren't expecting it to be the highest quality item due to the budget priceWe however did not expect the slew of issues and terrible customer serviceWithin a month I had to send my ring in to the company times due to stones coming looseThey claimed this was not a common occurrence but after reading some of the reviews here I see that is not the caseAfter the final stone loss and with a lot of coaxing they offered to tack on an extended year warranty as compensationEven though it was requested several times they never gave me any paper proof of the warrantyThis never proved to be a problem even after sending in my ring for cleaning under warranty several timesI always just included a written explanation of the lack of paperwork and they cleaned and sent it back no questions askedI decided to send it in for a cleaning the middle of SeptemberI followed instructions I had previously been givenI waited and waited and didn't hear anything from themSo, I checked the USPS tracking number which said it had been delivered as expected days after I sent itI then commenced to throw the tracking number away (BIG MISTAKE)I went on a week long vacation, expecting to return with my ring on my doorstepWhen I returned and found it wasn't there I called the company to get a status updateThey claimed they didn't have itI had thrown out the tracking number so I had no way to prove that indeed it had been deliveredSo I went to the post office and a box of donuts later they were able to back up the fact that it had been deliveredI went back to Pompeiiwith this information when *Poof* out of nowhere here's my ring! They sent me a picture of it with my NAME AND ADDRESS from the original label sitting right next to itWhy didn't anyone contact me? Why when I called in the first time did no one put the name to the ring?! I had included a letter in the box with all of my contact informationI even double checked before shipping to make sure that was thereThey then tried to charge me for the cleaning even though it was under warranty! I had to call and explain the situation with the verbally given warranty which had never been an issue before but they still refusedOnly after complaining to a manager did they agree to do it for free but I still had to pay them for shipping! They informed me that I should never send my ring to them again without warranty documentationNeedless to say I will never send them my ring again warranty documentation or notOh, also it's now November and I still don't have my ring back

Do not do business with these people! I purchased an engagement ring it took over months to come when it said it would ship within days I had to change my engagement date twiceOnce the ring finally arrived and I got to propose the Center Stone came loose within one week of regular wear by my fianceSince I spent the extra money to purchase the warranty, we sent the ring back for repairPompeii told us they would do whatever they had to in order to make it rightWe asked for additional prongs to be added to secure the Center StoneThis was supposed to take daysIt cost $to overnight the ring back to the company and put insurance on itIt has now been a month we finally received the ring back again today with no extra prongs added!!! Also no explanation of any work that they did!
Buyers beware stay away!!! I would give this company zero stars if it were an option

I have tried to reach out to PompeiiJewelry since December 28th and I have yet to receive how to go about a return I bought it through sears.com and have tried working with them to reach out to them and still no answer This isn't fair to me that I will have to pay my bill of this unit when if tried to return it

My husband ordered me a beautiful ct ring for our 25th anniversaryHe'd already bought me one from somewhere else but we had to return it due to problemsI found this one at Pompeiiand couldn't believe the price for the qualityIt shipped to us faster than we expectedI was so nervous about opening the box, afraid I wasn't going to get what was advertisedBut we were pleasantly surprised!This ring is GORGEOUS! It is more than what I hoped for
The communication with company went wellMy emails were answered in a timely fashionI received a piece of paper with the appraisal information on it but what bothers me is that it is obvious that anyone could have done thisI would like a true AppraisalAll in all we are very satisfied as of right nowIf I have any problems, I will update this review

I ordered this product from the company is November for Christmas arrival I was sent the wrong item, the backing of the earrings were wrong I was disappointed so I contacted customer service for a replacement First they told me I would have to pay return shipping, later they sent me a label After I returned the item they, again, sent me the wrong itemThis time a very cheap, white gold version (ordered rose gold) with a giant black inclusion in one of the diamonds The clarity was also very poor When told about this, their customer support was very sarcastic and only said "okay" when told about it No replacement was offered Returned for a full refund that has yet to have been given Please do not make the mistake of using this company, be sure to use someone else even if the prices seem attractive They have no quality control and do not care about their mistakes or customer satisfaction

Business advertises day warranty but doesn't respond to request My ring set has lost two stones My invoice date is 03/26/ My first contact regarding the problem was April 29, I also contacted them on May via email Since I was getting no reply, I submitted a contact form via the web site on May Still no reply I have sent two emails this month with no reply

purchased a engagement ring set through *** from pompeii jewlery company upon receiving it I realized that multiple stones were missing as well as one of the rings was bent because of the lack of quality of the rings I was forced to return them ruining the engagement plans I had made

After less than days a carat stone fell out of a ring After finally receiving a response via email all I was told was "you cannot get a refund it's been over days" I did not want a refund, I want a new stone but apparently standing behind your company is a thing of the past at least with Pompeii This company is a sham, and after seeing some of the email addresses...I have doubts as to many things about Pompeii Stay away...stay far far away!!
