I ordered a bag and the item had damage that wasn't included in the listingI contacted Poshmark immediately to report the issue and request an issueI submitted pictures with proofPoshmark has been unresponsive when the evidence is clear! This is a lot of money I spent and I want to send this bag back and get my money back immediately!!

I have been on Poshmark for some time and I am extremely disappointed with my recent transaction! I purchased a dress from their site and was extremely dissatisfiedIt was clear once I received the gown the dress was a cheaply made replica of the picture shownThe lace was not the same and the dress was not true to sizeThe picture showed a knew what length dress and the item received was a shirt! I contacted them and they did nothingI sent numerous pictures and they were ok with their consumers receiving items that are deceiving

To Poshmark........Very poor experience to say the leastI was an ambassador, top seller, and generated 2k plus a monthI've been on Poshmark since last year under the user name marcI received an email saying my account was suspended permanentlyThe reason was "buying or selling fake itemsMy closet had over 1k listings, most used from 2nd hand stores, some from discount shores such as Burlington coat factory, TJ Max etcFor the new items, I keep receipts for thenFor them to delete my profile of over 1k listings, over 60k followers and hundreds of man hours of postings is down right despicableYes I make great money on there, but they make their 20% off me tooThis shows they do not care about even their top sellers and producersNo personal email, no common courtesyThe only thing we can do is write reviews about our negative experiencesI have sent a few emails requesting informationPoshmark, that is very bad business

Customer scamming and lying making me lose out on a now damaged back and money INFLICTED by the buyerThe purchaser bought a bag from meA day or two later, she purchased The SAME bag as mine but cheaperTwo days later, after she received the cheaper bag, she opened a case up stating that there was a pen mark on the bag and that she SCRUBBED it damaging itWhy did she not open a cast first before causing damage to the bag? She is returning my bag because she damaged it and because she found it cheaperI submitted PROOF of both to Poshmark and they feel I lied about the bag and the purchaser wonShe is now sending me back my damaged bag that she inflicted herself and I am now out of a bag and moneyI showed PROOF to Poshmark about this but they ignored the proof and sided with the purchaserThey did not look into this case whatsoever to see what this girl didShe is a liar and a scammerI want what I am owed for what she purchased for this bag which is $How is it fair tha

I am completely outraged by the customer service at Poshmark! They take weeks to respond to customersThis is such poor business practiceI sold a pair of AUTHENTIC black *** *** ***I contacted Poshmark after the sale was accepted as the seller left an entirely review of the itemThe seller lied in her review, claiming that the shoes were dirty and the packaging was destroyedI contacted Poshmark because the ***s had never been worn and I shipped them in the exact packaging I received from ***I even provided a receipt from my original purchaseI knew this buyer was lying and I contacted Poshmark to let them knowA full week later Postmark responded and said there was nothing they could do about the reviewAs I previously stated, the sale was acceptedMy earnings were deposited in my Poshmark accountA few weeks later, I checked my account to redeem my balance and I noticed that my earnings from the *** sale were no longer in my accountI once again

The company has allowed someone using their service to harass me and slander my nameI have asked them to simply remove the comments this person has made and they simply told me to block and ignore herThat doesn't help when others are seeing the terrible things she is saying about meI want the comments removed immediately

My very first purchase on Poshmark will be my lastI purchased a used bag in "overall good condition" on October 5thOn October 12th a package arrived with the wrong merchandise in it, and after contacting the seller I was told that she just mixed up two orders and I was asked to ship the errant merchandise to the other buyer via a prepaid label provided to me, which I didOn October 19th I finally received my bag and it was in a disgusting condition with a greasy film of dirt around the inner edge and the leather holding the straps on beginning to disintegrateI contacted customer service again and was issued an apology and given a return label which I used to ship the bag back to the seller on October 22ndOn October 24th Poshmark closed the inquiry to my case and released the payment to the sellerNow I have no bag, and the seller has my payment

I started an account on posh mark both to buy and saleHowever after I had made two purchases and two sales they asked for my DOB as verification before I could complete my salesI asked why was that necessary when I have never provided that information for any website and I have both sold and purchased on EBay since gave them my user name for verificationI was the told they had to have that information as required by both state and federal lawI never heard of such a requirement I have asked the Attorney Generals Office and they referred me to you as they said it was a legal question

I have a infection of bed bugs in my house and it came from purchasing clothing on poshmarkAnd its gonna cost $*** alone for the bug guy to come out to clean my homeMy dogs have been bit so have I and I already have medical issues and so do both my dogsNot to mention cleaning all the clothing and bedding I have to washAnd im gonna have to stay at a hotel cause the bug guy cant get here till next weekIm freaking out and havent slept in nights cause its in my bedMy couch my hole houseThe bug guy who came in to make sure what it was said they have been here for at least monthsDuring this period I have only purchased clothes from poshmarkI need helpThey also owe me money they have removed from my acctAnd for refundsI dont here from themBeem contacting the for over a month and also threw emails witch I have them allPlease help meI have anxiety attacks and they are horribleAnd I have ocd and add I am a neat freak and im freaking out badI cant afford

Very limited customer support you can't reach them by phone if there's any urgent issueI'm a new seller on Poshmark and got an order when I was out of townMy brother helped me ship the item along with something else I had to shipHe accidentally mis-labeled the packagesI got in touch with customer support but *** who responded because the other item wasn't sold on Poshmark they'll not provide further assistI was trying to find a way to get in touch with the buyer but there's no way in the app after item is deliveredI'm very disappointed at the seller support I got from Poshmark and their unsympathetic respondThey don't have your back when you need themWill not use it again

Poshmark states full days until they can release payment for an itemI shipped my item February 1st and it was sent to Poshmark for inspectionAfter that it was sent to the buyerThey buyer didn’t release payment on their own and it has been over a week since the incidentI still haven’t received funds, an email if there was an issue, and no response when I contacted them twice nowIn total I have messaged them times and no answer for resultion or even responseThere’s no number to call and it’s frustrating how they do business

I sold a chain on Poshmark for $*** , after poshmark takes there percentage I was suppose to receive *** via direct depositI've reached out to customer service via email about timesI never received a response from poshmarkI need my money

If I would have known of the highly negative reviews of this site, I would NOT have placed my orderI didn't receive the right color and after contacting them three times explaining the exact same thing each time, the boot slippers tore open at the seam after only a few times of wearCouldn't remember my username and there was no other way to get into my accountEven after sending them a pic of what I did receive!!!

I sold a necklace days ago , se buyer claimed it was not as described , this necklace was brand new and exactly as described , I submitted all the proofs and pictures of the item to poshmark support , never heard about them again and now i'm out of my item and my money , so basically it's a stealI'm not talking about the scamming attempts you get every time you post a new item ....and the nasty comments

I made a purchase on the site POSHMARK*** on May 9, The purchase was for a Betsey *** Ice cream wristletThe seller never described any damages to the bagThe sellers uploaded her photos of the item where the photo of the damage would not immediately be seen upon glancing at her listingI received the item by mail May 11, I opened the box and it was a huge tear going across one sideNone of the sellers photos showed damage to this extentI immediately requested a refund with the company Poshmark afterwards on May 11thThe seller responded to my complaint times in an abusive mannerI received a response from POSHMARK ..Saturday 5/stating that I cannot have a refund because the seller described the itemThis is a blatant lie and I took pictures of the sellers page and our entire conversation where the seller herself states that the bag is more damaged than her photo she uploaded and that it must have been damaged via shipping

Order Id *** Poshmark allowed a return on an item that was pictured from all angles and same item was sent to the userThey provided a clearly photosopped picture with multiple changes to reason why they accepted the return where user has colored part of the photo because of her changed mindShe also took days to report it and Poshmark completely disregarded anything and allowed her to return completely against their policies and completely not caring about seller and how clearly item was photographed and the buyers photos edited

I recently purchased my first item from PoshmarkThe item was described by the seller as "New Without Tags (NWOT)"The skirt I received was anything but newThe item had noticeable pilling, stains, and frayingNo big deal I thought, "I can shop with confidence, I am protected as a buyer." Posh protect is something that this company really pushes on it's consumersI have to admit I was lulled in to a sense of security and thought that this might become a new shopping addiction for me because unlike other vendors, you can return an item if it is not as describedTHIS IS SOOOOOO INCORRECTWhen I went to open the app to file a claim regarding the skirt I received I clicked on the order and noticed that the app stated it had been delivered (which it had) so I clicked on the skirt and started looking for the correct place to file a claim regarding this orderSomehow when I clicked on the item it was then marked as "accepted"I was panicked because there was NO WAY that I would have accepted the skirt in its given stateI IMMEDIATELY submitted an email to customer service explaining the whole situation (you can't call them apparently)I sent them photo proof of the skirt to support my claimsI did not hear back from customer service for AT LEAST 1.5-dayswhen they finally did email back they told me that they would give me a nominal credit (which they stated I should be grateful for) on my account but they could not return the item because I had already accepted itI sent a response explaining that I did not accept the order, I was trying to submit a claim to have the order returned and while I appreciate the credit, I would much prefer a refundANOTHER 24-hours later I receive another response saying that they can not help me because I did not submit a claim within the hour window of receiving the itemI sent another response stating that when I clicked on the item in the app it had been marked as acceptedwhen I realized this I immediately sent an email (thus starting a claim) and this was done within the hours!!!! I have asked at least twice for a customer service rep to call me so that I don't have to keep waiting days to receive a responseAt this point it's not about the skirtI feel like the customer service representatives are blowing me off and do not care to take the time to help me sort this situation outA company is only as good as the representatives who support itI WILL NOT shop at poshmark againBuyer bewareif there is an issue with your order you will be left out to dry
