I am the owner of a bridal boutique located in *** **We recently found out an employee had stolen gowns from us and attempted to sell and sold these items on your siteWe have requested to have her deleted listings sent to us so we can compare with our missing items, however have yet to get a responseWe have called your phone support and not only do you not have any phone support, your voicemail is fullWe are working with the police to identify all of the items so that we can make sure any additional charges are made against the suspect who has already confessed to the crimeWe are surprised that there has been no immediate action taken on your end and wonder how much stolen merchandise is sold on a daily basis from your siteThere should be a protocol in place to fight this issue and we are disappointed to see that there is nothing being done about it

Poshmark advertised a pocketbook for sale for $I purchased it on February 6, Poshmark took my money from my credit cardI never received a confirmationI contacted the company on February 9, to ask for my confirmationI then received an email from customer service notifying me that the pocketbook is not available and that they would be now be cancelling the orderI asked them why they took my money in the first place if the pocketbook is not availableI never received a response back answering my questionI then asked when I could receive my money backThey told me 10-days!!! Why was I charged if the item is not available? Why was it advertised as available? I used to sell a lot on the Poshmark app, I had also been a buyer for some items as wellI really enjoyed the whole Poshmark platform, for both buying & sellingI had kept my personal seller closet compliant; making sure I was not selling items against their policyThat was until I decided since everyone else was literally going un-compliant and Poshmark wasn't removing those items or closets (they had strict rules/guidelines when they first developed the site/app for items allowed to sell) where now people were selling very obvious replica bags and various items of top designers, men's clothing, children's clothing, and even cars and bathtubsIt got extremely frustrating to sell items as well once they raised the shipping rate, and buyers would make "offers" on items worth money for half or less than half what the seller listed for, which is already obviously discountedIt's frustrating as a seller when you know for fact other sellers are experiencing the same thing on the ap

While using this app you are told to follow rules and guidelines, I was suspended permanently with no notice after another user threatened and harassed me endlessly and I have screen shots to probe she threatened to steal from meCustomer service is not available for this app except through email and you are not aware if other users are working for the company when they send threatening msgs that delete themselves within an hour on a system that doesn't allow it's users to delete their msgs or commentsThis is fraudulent

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I have provided over pictures of authentic *** brand tags. They also have over pictures of other sellers same brand items and the tags on what I purchased versus what other sellers are selling on this site DO NOT MATCH!! Their are sellers selling authentic brand items with the original tags listed for the same brand items posted on their site. There are issues with the item! The item has no fabric identification tag or white garment tags inside the lining which also would list a brand identification number. Poshmark completely disregarded this material fact because they allow sellers to openly sell fraudulent illegal goods on this site that are rebranded fakes!
The seller sold a coat with a tag that I clearly showed poshmark was HAND SEWN in! and the coat had no RN # or FABRIC identification labels in the coat. The coat is clearly not the *** BRAND! Poshmark knows and understands that from all the pictures that were submitted
I have submitted pictures directly from their site of authentic items for them to use as a guide but they lack experience to know that and poshmark allows sellers to sell unauthentic goods on their site because they want the money. Poshmark is in business to make money and does not follow the law on the sale of illegal counterfeit goods. I have purchased several good here of sellers selling illegal goods
I spoke with the *** brand representative at the *** Store in *** *** ** by the name of JAPY Menguthsu and she also reiterated that this coat is an illegal counterfeit item! Poshmark can contact them directly she stated directly or view their website if they need info

I had some listings for sale On the Poshmark websiteSomeone purchased items from me and poshmark sent me a confirmation page telling me to pack my items and print a shipping label, and shipI waited hours to ship the items because under the guidelines it states that the buyer has hours to cancel if the purchase was made by mistake or they change there mindI went and dropped off my package at the local post officeA couple hours later I received an email from Poshmark "Thanking me for shipping my items, also states clearly, In order to provide the best customer service, Poshmark expects our sellers to ship their sales within days"Also in the email I received a tracking number so I could make sure my package went to the correct placehours later I got an email from poshmark saying DO NOT SHIP and that Poshmark has canceled the order because the person has failed to prove there shipping address/Identity and they immediately withdrew the funds from my accountAlso

Poshmark is allowing sellers to use there platform to attract buyers, then the sellers steal money from the buyers, example I made a purchase for a handbag under Poshmark to a Sarah Collin, then Sarah backed out of the deal and paypal has paid her and I received my goodsI have tried to reach out to Poshmark, several timesI'M OUT OF $500! this is ridiculous
