I have attempted to contact poshmark several times regarding a sale/ return through email as they have absolutely no contact/ customer service phone # to callI am an active seller on poshmark and recently sold a sweater to a woman who opened a case and said she’d like to return the product due to slight damages.when I shipped the product I saw no such damages/ the sweater has only been worn onceSince she opened the case, my payment has not been released nor has anyone responded to her inquiries regarding a returnIn turn, I am neither getting paid nor receiving my item back so I can resell it, and she is holding onto a $sweaterI have contacted poshmark times via email and keep getting the same automated responseI will no longer be selling or buying on poshmark if this is not resolved ASAP

Hi, I have used Poshmark for a few years now and I am by no means a heavy userI have had orders now be COMPLETELY inaccurate sizes (as in I ordered a size and it turns out to be more like a size 1) and when I try to send the item back the company responds that the size was not misrepresented in the listingI think what is happening is people are purchasing clothes in China for cheap (where people are much smaller) and then selling them as American sizes for profitCustomer service is terrible, they don't listen to you at all, and just give you some run around how "oh, we know how frustrating it is when something doesn't fit."
