This App is ridiculous, app only sides with buyersBuyers are often scammers or give hassles, the buyers will sometimes(not all buyers are bad or problematic) buy then claim an issue with a product you sendThey will report an issue such as ; that item is fake , or damaged and return itSome times they don't send original item the forst time it was fine I sent some shoes buyer reports an issue poshmark sides with buyers so aprroval to send item back happens which can take up to weeks to get to the bottom ofAnd gives buyers plenty of time to wear product or switch it outWhen I recieved a beat up pair of van in the box I sent instead of jordansI was lividThey resolved it and sent my money back like okay coolBut thats once so I get another return Guy send me back my shoes worn and not in never worn condition and I provided proof and posh basically states because they previously helped me resolve a case they can't help me again so I basically got stuck with dirty worn shoe

I purchased a product that was misrepresented in size and sent several emailed pics of proof to the companyThe size tag was cut from pants and the length was measured and was much shorter than the seller statedI want to return the itemThey keep sending me emails stating they haven’t heard from meI have proof the emails were opened and received by themThey are giving horrible customer service and not honoring their policy of misrepresentated items

So I made a sale on Poshmark and sold silk scarfs as a lot and package deal I sold them Way under priced but didn’t need and they were just sitting around anywho the customer recived and had buyers remorse and even thow they say no returns the customer lied and said they were not authenticshe produced no pics no nothing and then went on to say they smelled like clearly she was searching for any reason well after we waited for her to submit pics wich she never did they decided to agree with her due to her claim of a smell ?? Wtf and so I updated my return address and was assured she had been sent the right shipping label to return my items well she broke the rules and sent back before it was time and now my items Are no where to be found they have stoped answering emails there is no number to call they have completely put me in a situation that is not fair nor legal I need info so that I can go forward and if I have to I will Take legal action I have the emails that state they up

I sell clothes and shoes on Poshmark, I mailed out an item over two weeks ago and the shipping has not been updated since March 26th, the package is lostThey will not release my payment, or even answer my emails in regards to what to doI have reached out to them on multiple occasions just to be ignored

As previously stated, the buyer failed to file a claim with us within the allotted timeframe so the funds were released to the seller on 6/As stated in our FAQ's, once the funds are released the order no longer qualifies for a return/refundHowever, we did not receive any correspondence from the buyer until 6/23, well after the transaction had been completedFor this reason, we consider the case closed

I opened my account with PM on 2/11/2017, I sold boots from 2/11/2017-2/13/and everything was going goodI had packages ready which were shipped on 2/14/on the same day ALL my orders were cancelled PM did not notify me, I had buyers commenting on my profile asking me why their order was cancelled, when I went to look at my sales in the appALL orders were cancelled - without explanationI have been emailing PM since 2/14/trying to figure out what happened to my orders and left a VM, but of course I didn't get a straight responseThose packages were shipped before PM took it upon themselves to CANCEL my orders I have packages that were delivered and received no Payment! Yet the Buyer did receive their refund Melanie from PM emailed be back on 2/21/on one of the orders that was cancelled and said: "Thank you for your emailWe can see that our system has picked up unusual activity linked to your current accountIt is currently under investigation and will remain suspended until our investigation is completedThank you for your understanding." I emailed back to clarify what they mean by unusual activityI do NOT understand! They don't make NO sense whatsoever! their responses are vagueI asked for an ETA on when this "investigation" was going to be done with, I have NOT received an email back from themThis company is a headache, all they do is cause STRESS! I don't know what kind of business these people are running but they're just hurting people, especially sellers

I purchased a Gucci bag from Poshmark, and when it was delivered, the bag was old, worn out and damagedI attempted to file a claim several times, but was not successfulIn order to file a claim, pictures needed to be attachedThis was a problem because the claim could not be submitted without pictures because file size requirements on the claim were too small to upload any picturesI sent them several emails addressing this issue, and they refused to give me an alternative to file a claim

Poshmark has withheld separate deposits of my earnings totaling $*** from sales on their website for over days now and from which they have already deducted their 20% fees fromI have tried to resolve this via email, telephone, and *** to both their customer service and their CEO but to no availThey wait several days to respond via email and always repeat the same thing but refuse to release my deposits to my bank account which shows as pending on their websiteThey have admitted that they are not releasing my earnings even though they took their fees and I cannot get anyone to help me to resolve this issue on their end
