I have been selling on PoshMark for a few weeks nowThere is zero seller protection! One buyer filed a claim as “not described” for a vintage belt that she had me measure and photograph for her multiple timesAs she even remarked in comments “I’m so sad it doesn’t fit” yet she opens a review case for an item not as described...and Poshmark sides with herYet...she resells the belt before shipping it back to me for MORE than she paid using my exact picturesSo my “not as described item” nets her more money and I get a “black mark” warning on my seller statsRidiculous! Today, I get another case in review for a pair of Chanel sunglasses sold to a buyer who must have scratched them on purpose because she had buyer remorse...my listing photos show unblemished lensThere is zero protection from unscrupulous buyers looking for cheap buys who then change their mindsSo discouraging to honest sellers who pack and ship promptly, who then have to put up with this nonsense

I sent a fourth message about the harassment on November 2nd and all I got in response is that I should block and not interact with said user, both of which I have doneThe fact still remains that she is an abusive user who you are still allowing to use your platform as a means to conduct that abuseContinuing to allow her to use your app shows you are enforcing her behavior, even allowing her to make money off of itAgain, I am not the only victim of her harassment
