I purchased a Gucci belt from Poshmark on October 12, It was advertised as a genuine Gucci belt and was priced as a genuine Gucci beltI paid $But when I received it, it was clearly not an authentic Gucci belt as advertisedI emailed them requesting a refund multiple timesMy mother also emailed them on October 27, However, to date, we have only received an email from them stating that they are "transitioning to a new email system" and to "hang tight"Moreover, we are unable to reply to this computer generated emailWe have also tried to call them but we receive an automated message which also does not allow you to respondI still have not heard back from them

I have issuesThe first I sold items and mixed the labels upI contacted Poshmark and they said they would send the correct shipping labels to the buyersA month later after several attempts to contact them and get my payment releasedI finally got one of the buyer to tell me they never received their itemPoshmark just told me they released my payment but they did notIt was over $**Poshmark would just send me emails saying they would answer me soonThe second issue is I bought a pair of boot and I accepted them when I got themThen I looked them over and the buckle was backwards on themPoshmark is supposed to cover things like this when they are not honest in the description of an item, however once again they don't address this in the email answersOnly they will answer you as soon as they can

As stated, the first time purchase promotional shipping fee cannot be combined with referral creditBecause referral credit was used, the first time shipping discount was not validTherefore, no refund will be issued

On this site you pay $6+ for "1-day shipping" by defaultThen in fine print of shipping policy it says seller may be on vacation so it could take weeks to get purchase anywayThe only way to contact seller is by putting a comment on item you purchasedThis does not seem right: (

This vendor has repeatedly demonstrated their willingness to operate in bad faith and until I receive a refund it is premature to close this case
In fact, the more that I think about it, even Poshmark's request to close this case before the refund has actually been issued pushes the envelope of decent business practice. It is a perfect illustration of the sneaky way that they do business. Perhaps you can pull other case files with Poshmark and look for a similar pattern in disputes that others have filed, and you can reassess the mark that you give this business. I recently purchased a Chanel Jumbo Double Flap in Caviar via Poshmark sold by a boutique sellerIt was described as brand new with tag, no scratches, scuffs or imprintedPoshmark has a free authenticating service so all designer goods will be sent through their headquarters to authenticate and they promise they will handle the bag with careHowever when I received my bag, there are multiple scratches, upfront and back, as well as inside the bagAll the protecting cloth that supposedly came with the bag are put aside, not placed inside and outside the bagIt was authenticated by Poshmark employee named ETUpon receiving them, I immediately contacted seller and she denied the scratchesWe came to an agreement that all these scratches could be made by the authenticator or employee at PoshmarkI soon reached out to Poshmark with evidential photos and after a few days, I was granted a shipping label to return the bag to seller for a full refundNo explanation or apologies was made

Hello, I have been having issues with Poshmark for well over a month nowThe site is claiming I was selling un authorized or un-authentic merchandiseI was not selling inauthentic merchandise, the coat was clearly marked that it was not the brand and a customer returned it for the sizing not because of an authenticity issueMy account was reprimanded and deactivated and they are now holding my earning for different 100% authentic orders hostage! Wife was victim of fraudulent purchase of item through Poshmark and they have not responded to emails concerning it They have no phone number available to speak with customer service Seems to be a poorly run or possibly shady business
