Company wrongfully refunded the wrong party and later advised me that they have refunded me as wellNo record exists of suchThe company keeps beating around the bush who, when and where the money was refunded to but no actual proof was providedThe site does not offer access to detailed accounting of any kindAfter months of vague emails I am fed up and want my money back

I recently sold a *** *** *** wrap dress through Poshmark The item was shipped exactly as described in the posting As a relatively new dress (worn twice), it was in excellent condition A week after I shipped the dress, Poshmark "approved" a "case" that was opened by the buyerThe buyer alleged that the dress was not as advertised and Poshmark allowed her to cancel the sale Poshmark did not, at any time, contact me to discuss the buyer's complaint Furthermore, I never received the dress back from the buyer Poshmark was negligent in its quick acceptance of the buyer's return without consulting with meAs a result, I am without one of my favorite dresses and have not been paid Poshmark has not responded to repeated emails and phone messages

Our records show that the order in question was placed using the offer featureOrders placed through the offer feature cannot be cancelled as an accidental purchaseIn addition, Poshmark's support team has an average response time of 24-business hours as stated in the email that is sent back to
the user upon inquiryOur records show that our team responded to the buyer's email within hours and cancelled the order as a courtesy regardless of the offer.

I purchased a pair of shoes from a seller from this site for $When I received them they were two different colorsI noticed the seller and she said that she mismatched them and didn't have the correct pairsI told her I would keep them if I received a $discount for keeping themShe agreed to this, so I then contacted Poshmark and they will not refund me the $dollarsThey requested photos and I gave them more photos of the shoesThey are saying they requested photos and I never gave them which I didThey sent me two emails and I replied to one with the photos and they closed the case for no reasonThe website is refusing to give me a refund even though the seller has admitted she sold me a misrepresented product and knew she was in the wrongThe conversation between the seller and myself is located with the posting and Poshmark has chosen to ignore all the evidence for whatever reasonTheir customer service does not help me and the only way to contact them is by em

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:I have been misrepresented will someone look at these pictures and read all the posts, she never answered any of my emailsSincerely,*** ***

I had sold a pair of authentic Chanel sandals to a girl off poshmarkBefore her purchase she had asked me to take this transaction through pay palher exact words were " do you take pay pal? they have buyer and seller protection and only take a 3% seller fee would you take 350+($375) for fast shipping?" Obviously I know better than to trust anyone asking to take transaction off poshmark is a scamHowever I replied back stating no but if poshmark allows ill over night it and whatever the cost is ill pay myselfPoshmark didn't have that option so I had explained to the buyer I couldn't overnight it but the lad who works at the post office told me shoes will be in her city the following day if shed like she can pick them up herself since she needed them for SaturdayI tracked the package all the way and she chose not to pick it up and received them MondayOnce received she had opened a claim stating there were stains on the shoesPoshmark approved her claim and is returning it t

Company's response to user accounts being compromised has been secretive, deceptive and inadequateThey never emailed users to announce the risk to user account and instead responded to complaints one by one with a generic blog postOne media outlet reported on the hackThe company's version of events was never challengedhttp://www.marketwatch.com/story/fashion-site-poshmark-says-hackers-st...

I sold a Chanel bag at Poshmark and sent it out for authentication at October and at the I got an e-mail from Poshmark saying they couldn’t go on with the transaction cause they couldn’t authenticate the bagThe bag is real, I still have the original package with me and I sent to the buyer in the original dustbag and with the authenticity card and number inside the bag but it’s fine, they can’t recognize a real bag I don’t care so I just did what the Poshmark costumer service told me to do and paid them trough PayPal $for the shipping of the bag back to me at the same day (10/27)I emailed them every single day since the 27th to know if the bag was shipped to me or not and now two weeks later and trying to reach them in every single platform they have I didn’t got any answers of where the bag is or when i’m getting It backWhat amazes me even more is that I paid a high fee for shipping and still got no answer, it’s like they stole my bag and then stole the money from the sh

I had a buyer on april 1st make a purchase from me the buyer stated it was not as described and wish to return it after a long back and forth process postmark did side with the buyer the item was returned on 4/as a empty box postmark asked if there was a issue with returnI reported yes seeing there was in doing so they shut down my account I have a police report and a claim from the post office proofing my claim is correct and I get penalized for telling the truthplease also note they did not contact of the shut down I had to email them about it

Poshmark claims to have zero tolerance when it comes to sales of counterfeit itemsHowever, their practice is the exact oppositeAll other resale apps either authenticate listings up front, authenticate all sales in-house before distributing to buyer, or respond to reports of counterfeit listings in a timely manner so that 1) sellers of authentic items don't experience downward pricing pressure and/or waning buyer optimism 2) illegal sales aren't conducted through platform 3) buyers don't acquire counterfeit items illegally to resale again
Poshmark doesn't actually enforce these guidelinesThey utilize an automated reporting feature that only kicks in when sufficient number threshold of distinct users report a listing, which often occurs after a listing has already soldRepeat offenders take advantage of these loopholes to make as many sales as possible before any actions are taken against them, if ever at allThere are numerous flagrant violations on a daily basis--some more deceptive in their tactics while others blatantly display violations of trademark/copyright laws in the absence of enforcementPoshmark always keeps their 20% commission of each sale through their app, even if they eventually remove the violation listing after the saleIt's within their financial interests to continue to look the other way on thousands of Illegal sales each day while sacrificing the prices of the legitimate sales competing in a market drowning with counterfeitsIt provides them an illegal advantage over their competitors that DO enforce trademark/copyright infringements

I purchased a dress to replace the exact same dress I already ownI was replacing the dress because the material shrunk and changed when I washed it improperlyThe dress was advertised as never worn by the sellerWhen I received the dress, I filed a request for a return the same day stating that this dress has clearly been washed because the fabric was exactly the same as the ruined washed dress I already ownedMy request was denied because “it is a fit issue” and my credit card was chargedI replied to the email, but it shows case closed on my accountI then realized that there is no other way to contact Poshmark, nor is there any way to let other shoppers know about my experience

I ordered an item that was advertised New with TagsUpon receipt I discovered scuffs on the white patent product that was sold as new and sent photographs that showed the scuffs to the companyAt the onset of a holiday weekkend the company asks for more photos!? I already sent I responded telling them the same day saying I had already sent them photos already and the next response I get days later says my case is closed bc I didn't send more photos! I got a defective product and they won't give me my money back! I want my money back now! I can't use the garbage I was sent because it was defectiveThe pictures I sent were sufficient the first time, they were only trying to buy time so they would not have to refund my monies! They didn't even deal with their supplier to tell them not to falsely advertise products- nothingThe consumer gets screwed and cheated and then blamed for buying from them

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meThank you so much for your help once againI truly appreciate it. Sincerely, *** ***

This is an *** dominant companyThey have refunded all my purchases and blocked me from all the sellers I bought from because my profile pictures is me, a blonde girl with an *** guyI contacted customer support to see why they refunded of my purchases and they said stick to my own kindThey are racist

I am an active seller with Poshmark, and one of their Poshmark ambassadorsI have star ratings and a good record and history with selling for themI sold a resale lululemon jacket to a buyer that has no account history, no items for sale, nothing on their closetI measured it as requested before I sent it and once it arrived the buyer waited full days (they get three days) to report an issue she said the jacket was inches shorter than I statedShe sent it back to me and as soon as I opened it had a strong distinct smell of fabric softenerThe jacket had been washed and dried by this person causing it to shrink and ruining the jacketShe also kept my gift with purchase of a lipstick and that was supposed to be returned to me as wellI could tell by the smell and the obvious lint on the jacket that it had been washed and dried and shrunk against what the Care tag says to doSo this person got the jacket, washed and dried it and once it shrunk she realized it would no

I placed an order through Poshmark but the jewelry received were not as described by the sellerThe materials were not authenticInstead of being sterling silver, genuine freshwater pearls, and *** crystals, the items were fake cheap costume jewelryI contact Poshmark and emailed them pictures of the missing stamp and 18K stamp on the jewelryPoshmark also asked for pictures of a magnet test, which I also emailed, depicting the silver necklace attracted to the magnet, proving that it is made of metal, not the sterling silver stated on the listingI sent the company two emails with the pictures of the jewelry, as evidence that they were fake costume jewelryPoshmark "denied this case since it did not qualify for a return under the guidelines." I suspect my refund was denied, even with substantial evidence, because Poshmark is more concerned about earning 20% of the sale, than refunding an order that was clearly misrepresented for the purpose of duping customers

Our support team received an email from the buyer on *** 11th, and when they requested more information in regards to receiving an order number, the buyer responded on *** 16th that they had received their refunds for both purchases.
Due to this, we consider the case resolved
