the purse I purchased is not what it was advertised atthis purse I got is very very small, the ad did not say it was a little purse

I just started using *** and became very uncomfortable with a platform that did not allow phone contact nor would not respond to emailsI sold several items and (to a total of 110.00)I tried to withdraw it and they told me that I gave them to wrong bank account numberI then went to with a check which was after their expense was just under It had disappeared and was down to I wrote them about it and never heard back

Any government agencies, please take an action with this companyThey are Criminals allowing criminals to sell Fake items and allowing criminals to sell items that took pictures of othersDespite of complaints, emails, evidences, messages of criminal intent, Poshmark never do anything to stop them, Poshmark do not care as long as they got their moneyPlease investigate and close this business, every messages from them are computerizedBad business like this is not healthy to the communityPlease stop them

I sold two parcels of products on Poshmark and the buyer wished to return them and received a refundThis was fine with me, except when the return came back to me it was missing over plus itemsThe original items that were mine were not returned and in its place there were several dirty and broken pieces that were not even mine to begin withI have reached out to Poshmark via email and twitter and have heard back from themIt has been over a weekThey have automated customer service emails that say we will try to get back to you w/i 24-hrsI feel this complaint needs to be felt with in quicker manner, their unresponsive attitude is disturbingI’m not the only one who has been faced with silence over their wrongdoingsHad I googled their reviews before I never would have done business with them

The app itself works fine and is relatively user friendlyHOWEVER, the customer service is horribleNot only is it hard to get in touch with anyone, especially since they do not have a phone number, but when they finally respond to emails they seem unwilling to listen to your issueI ordered a bundle of three items and when it arrived one item was missingThe seller apologized and stated that it had simply been an accidentWe both requested that I simply be refunded for the one itemInstead, Poshmark offered me $of Poshmark credit “towards your next purchase.” The $wouldn’t even cover 1/of the money I’d lost, much less even cover the cost of shipping on another itemI declined this offer and again asked simply to be refunded the money for the one itemThey continue to refuse and keep insisting I return the entire order, even though these were the correct items and I had wanted to keep them all alongI spent two weeks dealing with customer service and trying to get refunded only for them to continue and refuseThis whole situation is ridiculous and I’m very upset that they won’t simply refund me for the itemI’d planned to start selling on Poshmark, but with this being my first purchase/experience there isn’t a chance of that anymoreThese are gross business practices and I fully intend to delete the app

I purchased an item that arrived with large stains - was not stated so in the seller descriptionThey would not refund me for the item, only provided a $credit to their websiteThere is no reason why the seller, who wasn't truthful in their description should continue to profit and I have to spend additional money to remove the stainsWhen I reached out to the support team to work out a resolution, I could not get an answerI posted my complaint on social media only to be told they dont have access to order information but I should hear from someone on the support team within 24-hoursThat never happenedWhen I reached out again via social media I received the following message on February 2: "Please note that our FB team and our support team are completely separate and that reaching out to us on social media will not expedite our response, as our support team responds to emails in the order that they were receivedIf someone has not yet been in contact with you, a member of our support team should be with you shortlyThank you for your patience!"
My original complaint was submitted on February and I have not been contacted by the support team since the message above from the social teamThis is horrible customer service and will never do business with them again

I purchased what was supposed to be an authentic Louis Vuitton purse and opium taking it to Louis vuitton store they informed me it was a fake or "knock off" I have contacted poshmark on several occasions 11/12/& 12/12/with no replyThis type of practice is illegal and fraudulent if i'm not mistaken all I want is my money back and I will gladly return said item

Then when you complain to their customer service about this legitimate issue, they send you a canned response for not receiving orderTry PoshmarkThat’s been my experience It’s a wonder they still exist with zero seller accountability I guess those bots really work delivering them high app reviews It’s funny they don’t have s rating on their Facebook page or have google reviewsAnyways, 4:odds of receiving your shipment is worse than AliExpressAnd that’s saying a lot

I sold an item on 03/12, shipped 03/13, the item was approved by Poshmark conceirge 03/Since then I received update on the product on the appI contacted support and was told the info would be updated in hoursNothing happeneddays ago the buyer told me that she received a tracking number and that the bag was shipped days agoSo far I've received no tracking info, have no idea where the bag is, and of my emails to poshmark have not gotten any replies toThis is highly unprofessional

Poshmark claims to protect consumers from counterfit merchandiseI purchased a pair of sunglasses from a seller on their app and they were clearly counterfitI confirmed with a sunglasses retailer of the same brandI reported to Poshmark who argued back and forth for a week before having me send them the glassesThey refuse to agree that they are counterfit and refuse to process a returnSelling counterfeits is illegal and it would be dangerous for me to wear the glasses as they offer no actual eye protection
