Poshmark is doesn’t not take care of their customersI had mentioned to them that the seller had lied on their adTo make matters worse they responded with an automated responseThey have no communication available aside from an email they are “transitioning” or the phone that has a voicemail that has been “filled”

a buyrt bought something from me in poshmarkEverything went well I got the product delivered signed in usps and I got the payment issued to me but upon depositing to my bank payment got cancelled and also the order that has been delivered already

I previously sold cell phone cases on poshmark, the cases were brand names that I didn't know of, therefore my account was suspended because the cases were inspiredI had no problem with my account being suspended, however I made sells and have yet to receive he money for the sells I made and the customers have received their items and were satisfied with the itemsPoshmark refuse to pay me the money from my sells, they sent me an email stating that I will not receive my deposits unless I show proof of authenticity, as you may know I do not have proof because I never stated that the cases were authentic when I posted it on the app

I am a buyer on Poshmark and have had wonderful transactions for about three years now, that is until I started purchasing bathing suitsOut of four, two had problems and I filed Not as Described cases on bothAccording to Poshmark I did not file a Case on the first one, that's their story and they are sticking to itI DID file the case within the hour frame and uploaded a photo as requiredI then contacted the company the next day to see why I did not receive an acknowledgmentNo answerI contacted them again, no answerI then added a message to a message they sent me regarding a different suit and while they addressed the second suit, no response to my inquiry on the firstI then started sending email every two days, and would get an answer that didn't address the situationThis went on and on for almost two weeks at which point I contacted my credit card companyTheir responses told me they didn't fully read or understand my email after repeating myself over & over again (example; I explained that the suit's leg hole elastic was old and stretched out making the legs large and the suit unwearable and they responded that I could not return the suit due to fit)Scream! Then another rep joined the fray and stated they would "allow" me to return the suit on my dimeI explained that I had already contacted my credit card company and the dispute was filedTwo emails later from them and they are giving me terms if I don't file a dispute, despite my having already said the dispute was done and found in my favor (I sent my CC company a transcript of all the emails)Bottom line? In many cases they ignore communications, in others they either purposely or through lack of comprehension misunderstand said communications and their canned responses are maddeningAlthough most sellers are generally nice their customer service team is severely lacking, which does not foster repeat business and ultimately hurts the sellers (not so much THIS buyer as there are plenty of other venues to purchase clothing both online and off)
