I recently had a bad experience with Poshmark and one of their sellers vintagepolkadotm I paid for a dress thinking I would receive it after a week or soSo I waited a month and still no dressAfter connecting via their site only, no phone number available, I was only able to connect with Poshmark, never connected with the seller vintagepolkadot who took my money but never mailed the item Though I was willing to wait, the item never showed up after almost weeks, I finally cancelled my orderNot a great experienceKnow you can never connect directly with the seller and can only connect with Poshmark via emailBe very careful shopping this siteI will never shop there again! I, too wish I had checked out Poshmark prior to making any purchases One out of three were the way they were presented My reviews were honest Plain and simple about the issue with the product One pair of jeans came with dirt and grit in the package and that was easy to wash out The other pair of jeans had so much fragrance that they've been washed twice, soaked in Oxyclean and hanging outdoors for four days The shirt was incredibly wrinkled but no biggyit was clean, didn't have fragrance and was ironable For honest reviews I got in return what kids get bullying What I got in return was other worldly in terms of language and hate talkSad there is that much nastiness, and hate, especially in regard to clothing Poshmark people if you're running a business than you might want to consider what your customers have to say about your product How else will you improve and become better and succeed? Not just on Poshmark but in life? While I can accept the less than great items I purchased, what is not acceptable is the lack of care, lack of professionalism and total disregard for the person who has handed over their hard earned money for verbal abuse

I sold a moncler coat for on Poshmark It was clearly listed size in pictures I sent it to the Poshmark concierge who approved size and quality with buyer Was then shipped to buyer who decided he did not like size after having my cost over a week I lost out on other sales and now after tag pulled up by concierge they are returning to me I tried contacting them they are unresponsive
