As stated, our disputes team reviewed the photos of this item carefully and believes that this item is authentic. Sales associates are not trained or qualified to authenticate items and in most cases are not permitted to speak on authenticity.

Unfortunately this order was cancelled due to required additional verification on behalf of the buyer. Because the order has already been shipped, we added the seller's earnings to their account for the order.

Regarding order #[redacted], the seller listed the item to be size medium as stated on the tag and hang tag of the item. As the user stated the item did not fit, we were forced to deny the case as fit issues do not qualify for a return. For this reason, we consider the case closed.

Regarding order #[redacted], we have credited the user the total earnings for the sale in the amount of $140 to their account on March 27th, 2018. For this reason, we consider the case closed.

Our disputes team has a process in place to assist sellers if they receive an empty return box. This process includes requesting photos of the package received. Our records show that our disputes team responded to the seller on [redacted] 6th and asked for these photos, but did not receive a...

A dispute team member responded again on [redacted] 7th with a copy of that initial email and asked again for photos but did not receive a response. Our team then manually reached out to follow up on [redacted] 13th but has yet to receive a response. 
 
At this time we ask that the seller respond directly to our dispute team’s emails with photos of the package so that they can provide further assistance. 
 
Due to this, we consider the case resolved.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  If the item was not available, 1) it should not be advertised on your website as being "available for sale", and 2) if the item was not available, you should have NEVER taken my money.  You are guilty of 1) false advertising for advertising a product that was never available for sale, and 2) theft for taking my money for an item that was never for sale and should have never been advertised for sale.Sincerely,Michell [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: As stated, the pictures provided by the buyer were clearly cropped and did not prove their statement. If Poshmark takes whatever buyers claim at face value with no evidence necessary, this provides opportunities for scammers to get what they want. Poshmark did in fact refund me for this transaction, so I am not sure why this reply to my case is so abrupt and inconsistent with that. In the "redemption" section on my Poshmark account it states "8/23/15 check mailed". As of today 9/4/15 I have not received a check from Poshmark so the matter is not resolved until I receive the check.

Thanks so much for reaching out! The check bounced due to issues with the user's information, so we manually transferred the money to the user via PayPal and have emails confirming that she has received her funds and that the matter is settled. She has also since deleted her account with Poshmark so she is no longer one of our users. Please let me know if you need any further info!

After much time and effort on my part I did finally received what was due to me. Poshmark does not accept blame on their part. Their BOUNCED CHECK TO ME HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH ISSUES WITH MY INFORMATION AND THERE WERE NEVER EMAILS SENT FROM ME CONFIRMING RECEIPT OF FUNDS. WHY THIS COMPANY HAS SUCH TROUBLE WITH HONESTY AND CLARITY IS UNCLEAR BUT I CONTINUE TO WARN OTHERS, BUYERS AND SELLERS TO BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. MANY COMPLAINTS HERE AND ON SOCIAL MEDIA.

Poshmark policy states that sellers are given 7 full days from the time of purchase to ship out a sale. This information was communicated to the buyer via email support on [redacted] 29th. Our records confirm that our system detected unusual activity on this user’s account on [redacted] 22nd. On that date an automated email was sent to the user which stated that we temporarily locked the account for their safety and security. Upon response to the email, a member of our Operations team...

responded to the user on the same day, [redacted] 22nd, with further instructions on how to reset their password. In addition, funds are always safe and protected on Poshmark. Our team added the user’s earnings back to their account the same day, [redacted] 22nd, and were available for immediate redemption.

Poshmark’s Posh Protect policy states that buyers have “3 days after delivery to inform us if the item has been misrepresented by reporting the problem in the Poshmark app or website with supporting photos.”
 
Our records show that this order was scanned as delivered to the buyer by [redacted] on...

[redacted] 12, but no information was sent to the support team until [redacted] 19. We see the claim that the item was delivered late, but no claim was ever filed regarding late delivery. 
 
Regardless of no claims being filed within 3 days regarding a missing package or incorrect item, our disputes team assisted the buyer and provided $** in Posh credit as a courtesy.
