Manny was very polite and able to explain his work, and our options clearly. Work was done in a timely manner. We really appreciate the various options offered after the inspection.

Manny come to do a maintenance inspection on my unit. Found I needed added work. He took his time to explain what he knew needed to be done. Very friendly and thorough. A real asset to your company.

Manny was awesome. Made everything very clear. It was expensive but pleasant. The expensive was not his doing.

Eddie from Precision Air serviced my unit today, 1/29/16. He was here for 2 hours and explained everything that he was doing and was very professional. I was happy with past service from Precision, but Eddie was the best. I will continue to have them service my air conditioner.

Precision Air & Heating sent Jonathon out to work on my A/C yesterday, unfortunately there were some big problems, which he showed me and explained to me,. Really nice guy, very professional and knowledgeable! Today Guy and Eric installed a new A/C unit for me. Great guys also, very nice! I have used Precision for 15 years and I have always been very happy with their service! I will continue to use them !!!!

I had a an air- conditioner annual check-up on 10/06/2015. The technician, Manny, was very personable, capable, and he discussed the procedure for cleaning the coils in detail. I would not hesitate to recommend Manny.

I needed a new garbage disposal, and Daniel did a wonderful job with the installation! He was friendly, did a great job, and didn't leave any mess (which is unusual for things like this). This is my company for A/C and plumbing from now on!!

My AC unit stopped working late in the day. Called another business, who never got back to me. Call Precision Air and Heating the next day around 10 am. They were out by the afternoon and had the unit repaired and back up and running.

Service Tech was clean, polite and professional.

The unit was making a noise that was bothering me, so I called them, and they came out the next day. Service tech checked it out, and did what he could to resolve. Again, very professional and polite.

So far, I'm very pleased with their customer interactions and service.

Just had precision out to my home due to 24 V issue come to find out my unit breaker had failed due to a surge of power Manny was out here within minutes of the initial phone call he provided all the proper information that would help me understand the situation at home Manny was very knowledgeable and respectful dealt with the call in a very professional manner. I would like to think precision air for making the effort and taking the time to get my call ran tonight as to where it is 9 PM today thanks again MANNY!!!!!

I wanted to say how great Precision is. We've been using them for over 12 years and today, our hot water heater died. I called before 7a this morning, spoke with Anna and she had a tech here by 1p; it would have been sooner but I wasn't available.

Cameron was WONDERFUL! He explained everything, confirmed the water heater was toast and gave me an extremely reasonable estimate to replace it and the re-circulation pump. He was thorough, knowledgeable and even made sure to tell me when he ran into an issue that added to the previously quoted price. He was here most of the afternoon. Thanks for the great service!

I would just like to say Percision there is a great company been using Percision for almost 10 years now they regularly come and do maintenance on my system today I had Manny out today to do my schedule maintenance did a wonderful job on explaining the Honeywell UV air purification system from my home also threw in an event coil cleaning as well as the deck clean thank you Manny for the phenomenal job and for scheduling my deck cleaning for me also kudos to Percision Manny is definitely an asset to your company

Louis was very professional. The fix to my AC was quick and painless. I would recommend him to anyone needing AC needs.

Moises was our technician today. Very thorough during our annual checkup. checked everything and was honest about our equipment all looking good and working thoroughly. We appreciate it.
