Aaron A was out to do my annual service today. There were a few minor things did need to be taken care of with some part replacements. I was very happy with the work he did as well as the explanations given. Feel that this is a solid trustworthy company.

Eric and Guy were here yesterday for some follow-up/completion of duct work. They were fabulous! Thorough, polite, accommodating, genuine. In my dozen (or so) years under contract with Precision Air, these two men really stood out...in a great way! Will be requesting them for my air & heating needs in the future.

Phenomenal! The process was 1st class from the original consultation thru the install & clean up.
Don our field supervisor was knowledgeable & professional. Installers Guy, Eric & Marco worked tirelessly for 10:30 hrs to complete the job (installing 2 units) all while answering questions & respecting our home.
I would highly recommend Precision & I'm hard to impress with all the lies & shoddy work I've had done through the years with other Arizona contractors. Keep up the good work! Thanks for making it painless.

The young man who helped us today with an AC tuneup, Armando, was beyond professional! He answered every single question we had without having to call someone for answers or looking up answers. He knew the company as well as an owner of a business would! When I answered the door, he was already wearing booties over his shoes; didn't even have to ask him to take off his shoes on our carpet. We are so glad we went with this company!

Thanks for Susanaire for chili taking care of our needs recently purchased two units last year I can tell you what they work great manny was out today to do maintenance on both did a coil cleaning everything was great thank you once again to manny
