When my heater didn't start I remembered how professional Precision a/c was when they serviced it. Today Jacob(Jake) came out and diagnosed the issue immediately his supervisor Mike came by on a routine follow up and was just as nice as Jake. It's warm now and my wife loves me again. RE: Complaint ID #[redacted]To Whom It May Concern:Precision Air & Heating, Inc. respectfully responds to the above complaint filed by Mr. [redacted].Mr. [redacted] became a customer with us when he reached out on 3/30/2015 for a Complete Tune Up on his Lennox Air...

Conditioning System.   Subsequently, he was booked for the following day, 3/31/2015.   On 3/31/2015 our technician, Garrett, performed the tune up and found his 2007 unit with low refrigerant pressure and a low Delta T reading.    We noted the concern of a leak and the need for leak search to be performed. Ultimately, the customer chose not to move forward with the leak search but opted for a minimal amount of Freon to be added for  temporary cooling in  addition to purchasing a one (1) year Preventative Maintenance agreement.  Mr. [redacted] was not charged for the additional Freon added to the unit.  Please reference our invoice number [redacted] which is attached for your convenience.The following year, on 2/16/2016, our company and Mr. [redacted] made contact to schedule his annual maintenance on his unit.  His appointment was scheduled 2/29/2016.  On this date our same technician, Garrett, performed the annual maintenance and found the inside coil of the unit to be completely rusted out and recommended replacement of the inside coil.  Additionally, he found the unit needed Freon and noted a leak at the Schrader core.   Minimal Freon was again added to the unit for temporary cooling and the Schrader core was tightened.  The unit then reacted with a restriction in  the evaporative coil. The total charge the services were$590.00.  This charge for was a Preventative Agreement purchased by Mr. [redacted].  He was not charged for the 2 pounds of Freon added to his unit.   Please reference our invoice number [redacted] which is attached for your convenience.Due to the findings on 2/29/2016, our technician suggested a new unit and Mr. [redacted] agreed with the recommendation.  The new unit estimate was scheduled and completed on the same day.   Please reference our invoice number 11661 which is attached for your convenience. Precision Air & Heating, Inc. can't continue to add Freon for temporary cooling to a unit of which is known to have a leak. Mr. [redacted] declined our concerns to have a leak test performed on his  initial visit and failed to move  forward with a repair/replacement  recommendation  on our second visit in 2016.Mr. [redacted] Freon issue with his unit will continue until he either repairs or replaces the unit. Should   he   now   opt  to   move   forward   with  the   leak  search   and   complete   the   repair recommendations  it  is Precision's  policy  that we will credit  the  full  cost  of the leak  search towards the repair.  The cost for the leak search (with is PMA 20% discount) is $302.23.    It was also noted (see invoice [redacted]) that should Mr. [redacted] choose to move forward with a unit replacement, we would credit the amount of $590 towards the unit purchase.Given the above information, Mr. [redacted] request for a refund is not warranted.    Mr. [redacted] paid $590.00 for the purchase of a Preventative Maintenance Agreement only.   He was never charged for the addition of Freon to his unit and Precision's work was not the cause of his leak. Precision hereby declines to refund his monies for the purchase of this agreement.Ultimately, we cannot force the customer to move forward with our recommendations  nor should we be held liable for refunding any monies because he has failed to properly correct the issue.We ask that you close this complaint  in favor of our company  given this substantial proof of evidence and documentation.Sincerely,Erik J. On 8-15 our AC unit stopped blowing cold air. We called Precision and they told us they would call around 8-10 in the am. They followed through and called in that time frame. Unfortunately they were unable to give us a time on when they would be to the house. We called many times to see what the status was due to the fact we could not stay in the house because of my mothers medical condition. At around 8 o'clock at night we received a call asking if they could come out in the morning because they were so busy. I agreed since we were now in a friends home. Precision called around 7am the next day stating they would have a tech out in 30-45 mins. So I rushed back home to meet the tech. Our tech Manny arrived and was very straight to the point was able to look at the unit find the problem and fix it. Due to such a delay on the part of Precision and the fact we have been a costumer for so long the visit today was free. I am please with Mannys fast and helpful work. We will be asking for him next time.

Manny was very nice and explained everything great. Very nice experience.

The air conditioning was fixed quickly once they got someone out here. Kc got it done. It runs fine now. The problem was the main circuit breaker and the a/c unit is fine. [redacted]

Received a recent quote from Mike at Precision Air & Heating. I was very impressed with his patience, knowledge and how respectful he was while in our home doing inspections of our current equipment. As potential first time unit buyers, we feel as though Mike gave us the knowledge we need to make a no-pressure, solid decision as well as a professional experience.

I've suffered several summers of brutal heat with a heat pump that performed terribly. I tried compensating with a large window air conditioner but having only one room cool wasn't sufficient. This year I finally had enough and had to get the cooler fixed.
I read a bunch of Yelp and Revdex.com reviews of HVAC specialists in the valley and after calling a few for quotes was starting to get discouraged. When I called Precision they were friendly, answered on the first ring, and gave me an appointment that suited my schedule without any hassle. Their diagnostic price was the most reasonable that I found for a licensed and bonded company.
The next morning the technician they sent out, Manny, called in advance of his arrival giving me plenty of time to be present and ready for him. He showed up promptly and was very friendly and professional. In a short time he was able to give me a comprehensive overview of the state of my cooling system and make recommendations on how best to handle the problem. I wasn't upsold products and services that I didn't need. Manny gave me options for the bare minimum to get the cooler up and running as well as the options to ensure that I don't have to suffer any more in the heat for this and future summers.
While the cost of the service was a bit more than I expected to pay I'm glad that I chose Precision and was given a professional repair by a company that stands by their work and has employees who aren't on the take. If you have an AC problem this summer you shouldn't hesitate to call Precision and have them take a look at your home.

I would not be writing this complaint if the above were true. They are wonderful to work with when they are getting your money, but if you have an issue after, and need someone to help resolve the problem, good luck.

Mine is about a refund owned to me. It has taken numerous calls, (not returned) and 25 days waiting for a status of when we may receive our refund. We called again today, they told us, “Ok, we will process the refund, look for it in 3 to 7 days.” I guess we have to wait and see. Integrity, quality and customer service, I’m not feeling it.

I left a message last night for the Owner(s), Erik and Gina Bryan to call me. Nothing. I was just looking for some good ole customer service.

We had Precision Air and Heating service our HVAC system on Dec. 17, 2015. The technician was Armando and he was very professional and courteous. He explained the problems thoroughly and then repaired the items. Armando provided great service. [redacted]

I was very impressed with how fast the technician came out to look at our a/c unit. Manny was very personable and understanding.

The service man, Manny, was very diligent in working and keeping me informed as to what taking place. I really appreciate this courtesy. He was very energetic and eager to explain .The service he was providing.

I like to give this company a 5 star. This is a company you all should have for you AC & Heating Unit. You will all ways get a very good service person that comes out to service your unit. Like today I had my yearly service done today and the service person ( Eddie P[redacted] ) was very nice and all went very good. My AC drain was plugged, so I called Precision to have this remedied, as I had heard from a neighbor that they were pleased with their service. My technician was James S[redacted]; personable, pleasant and got right down to business of unclogging the pipe but bad news followed. Blowing out the pipe was not working and he would have to cut open a piece of drywall and cut the pipe and replace it with a new one. This would be an additional $200. My heart sank as I went into the house. About 5 minutes later he came back to me and showed me the culprit: There was a small tube that was blocking the flow of water. He figured it was a do-it-yourselfer who had tried to clean out the pipe themselves, and lost a piece in the process. James' tenacity of doing further investigation saved me money, as well as saving me having to repair the drywall that he was going to have to cut. This measure that James took has built trust with Precision, and I would not hesitate to contact them again. This is my new "go to" company.
