James Shelton was the technician that came to service my air conditioner. Right from the start he was very professional but also had the personality that made it a pleasure to talk to him. He was also very knowledgeable about his job. He spent quite a bit of time at my house going over everything and either providing service or advice about the particular issue. The next time I need my air conditioner serviced it would be a pleasure to have James be the technician. In my opinion he is definitely an asset to your company.

Had my annual check up and was very pleased with the service. Nick R. inspected the system and let me know what it needed and performed the required maintenance. He suggested some other items that would help lower my A/C bill and also answered questions that I had regarding insulation and plumbing services. Overall, I was very satisfied with my service from Precision.

Your technician, Chris H ([redacted]) was knowledgeable and very courteous, finding the issue quickly and conducting the work necessary to fix the problem.

Tech was quickly able to diagnose the cooling problem with our heat pump and propose an economical short term fix to get the system up and running properly. In addition, a cost effective 4 year annual maintenance plan was proposed (no pressure to purchase) where the total cost could be applied to the purchase price of a new system if we decided to replace our old system. Great options and felt like the tech was very straightforward.

We were so thrilled to have Cameron for two visits. The first one was on the AC check-up and today was on the commode. Not only did he come the same day but also found the object that was clogging the commode, within minutes. Thank You, Cameron

I had Precision Air & Heating come out to my home for an A/C tune up. They were very professional. [redacted] did a fantastic job and notified me about a couple things that could cause problems if not repaired.
Because of my overall experience with Precision Air and Heating has become my go to company for my A/C. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

I also have had a very bad experience with Precision Air. I was out of town when my a/c unit stopped working, so I had to call someone to come look at it. Normally I will fix these sort of things myself, but I could not wait all week and have my wife live in a house with no a/c until I got back into town. The other reviews seemed pretty positive, so I hoped this company would provide good service. Very disappointed. The "tech" than came out, [redacted], told my wife that our a/c unit was basically shot and that we would need to invest in a new one. I talked to the tech on the phone, and had him just replace the compressor run capacitor, because he said the old one was bad and it would help keep the unit running until I got back home in a few days, but that the compressor was bad and won't last much longer. Completely wrong. When I got home, I checked the unit myself and the compressor was perfectly fine. Turns out the "tech" didn't even check the compressor, or didn't know how to properly check a compressor, I'm not sure which. So in they end, they charged me $200 to change one capacitor (which everybody knows is only a $20-$30 part), and which probably didn't even need to be changed in the first place, because it still wasn't running when I got home. I fixed the a/c unit myself in about 30 minutes, with only $17.50 in parts from the local hardware store. It's now purring like a kitten again. My unit is shot, and I need to spend $5000 on a new one? Not even close. I thought these "techs" were suppose to have some kind of certification or training, but apparently they still don't know the first thing about a/c units and are just trying to make a sale. Very sad.

Mr. B[redacted] omitted the work order from September of 2010 in which it was stated the the condenser coil fan was very dirty due to a lot of oil leaking (this would suggest that it had already been leaking for a long time.  His own technician stated later in June of 2013 that the issue this time was due to "poor brazing on the line" of the air handler that was installed by them.  Fast forward to last week when another company had to come out to replace the bad work that Precision did.  It was stated that, "No Freon.  Very poor install by Precision.  Secondary drain pipe not lined up (which I left out the damaged caused to my ceiling by the water that leaked through) leaking on ceiling.  No plenum box.  I respect that Mr. B[redacted] wants to defend his technicians, but not the fact that he hides behind them.  I was told by several technicians that they would have him contact me.  He missed every opportunity to to that.  I have called his office to try to contact him, but he has his gatekeepers direct me elsewhere.  I'm not satisfied with his response; it is nothing but a deflection of responsibility.  I'm surprised by his complete lack of professionalism.  I guess you have to hide from your customers when you run a company so poorly.

[redacted]. AC unit quit working, technician Chris was able to remove a bug that got smashed between the contactor points today and got us back online. Thank you for getting us going again

We have been customers of Precision Air & Heating since 2007. Every year we have an annual "check up" of our AC unit and every year we continue to be impressed with the quality of work of every technician that arrives. Over the years we've had minor repairs (that have saved us major money!) and even major repairs that were appropriately priced and phenomenally delivered. We can personally attest that we have been treated with integrity, quality, and trust just as their slogan promises. Each technician is not only kind, cordial, and well trained but also trustworthy of entering our home. This is extremely important to me as both a woman and mother, allowing men into my home while my husband is at work or the kids were napping.

Today we had tech, Sam, and his supervisor, Mike, out to the house for our annual check up and recommendations for repairs. They didn't disappoint!! While no one may enjoy having to get their AC unit fixed, Precision Air & Heating make it as enjoyable as possible. We would highly recommend this company to anyone living in this hot, harsh, AZ sunshine!

I called Precision Air yesterday to schedule a overall inspection of our AC. Not only were they able to send someone out the following day, the technician, Manny, was great! He was very professional and extremely informative. Manny took the time to explain what needed to be repaired and explain all of our options. I will certainly recommend Manny and request him should we need service in the future.

On a saturday night, on the hottest day of the year so far, Precision found a guy to come out and fix our system. Mike S[redacted] arrived around 730pm...found the problem and fixed it. Our house is already cooled back to normal! Mike had a really excellent attitude, a nice smile and just a great guy. He's welcome at my house anytime! Thank you Precision for hiring great people like Mike.
