Manny was very thorough in his evaluation of my system. He even took pictures of what he found to show me. After seeing the pictures, his recommendations were easy to understand. Manny also was very courteous throughout his visit.

Manny came out to do our annual service appointment today. He was very courteous and did a very thorough job while he was here. He did locate problems with our system and gave us different options on what we could do without pressuring us about the decision. He did a great job and we were very happy with the visit..

Technician Mannywas great wonderful work ethics.. He inspected my system thoroughly explained a few issues that he found unfortunately my unit is 10 years old and needs to be replaced thank you for all the options Manny and leading us in the right direction we will be meeting with the field supervisor later this evening once again thank you Manny for everything that you've done

Just had Percision out to my home to do routine maintenance unfortunately the weather did not let that happen manny came out to my home ready to perform the maintenance unfortunately wasn't able to thank you Manny for understanding as well as thanks to precision air for all that they do

Precision Air came out to my place today for my annual service. They sent technician Nick R, he was very knowledgeable and completed the service quickly. Whenever I hear someone say they are needing AC replacement o service I always recommend Precision Air.

My AC drain was plugged, so I called Precision to have this remedied, as I had heard from a neighbor that they were pleased with their service. My technician was James S[redacted]; personable, pleasant and got right down to business of unclogging the pipe but bad news followed. Blowing out the pipe was not working and he would have to cut open a piece of drywall and cut the pipe and replace it with a new one. This would be an additional $200. My heart sank as I went into the house. About 5 minutes later he came back to me and showed me the culprit: There was a small tube that was blocking the flow of water. He figured it was a do-it-yourselfer who had tried to clean out the pipe themselves, and lost a piece in the process. James' tenacity of doing further investigation saved me money, as well as saving me having to repair the drywall that he was going to have to cut. This measure that James took has built trust with Precision, and I would not hesitate to contact them again. This is my new "go to" company.

My experience with Precision has been solid over the past four years or so. They installed my new unit in 2011 & it is fabulous!
My most recent experience is with a Tech by the name of [redacted]. He was knowledgeable and passionate about his work and I'd be glad to have [redacted] come back to service my a/c unit again!

Today my tech was Manny and he was very professional, did an exceptional job explaining to me exactly what my unit needed for a tune up and I would highly recommend him.
