We went with this company to actually get a good quality AC tune up. We were not let down. We had a technician named Armando who was polite and great at his job. He shampooed, conditioned, and body washed our AC's--haha!! (Just a joke he told us!) We ended up talking to a salesman he worked with named Mike. Mike gave us a fair, and reasonable quote for two new ACs. We could not be happier with the service. So many other places have talked to us, and we felt each of them were rip offs. This is the first place we have trusted, and actually made the big purchase!

Precision's team of Jeff, Davin, Guy, and Eric did an excellent job installing our new AC system. They installed two new AC units outside and two new furnaces in the attic along with new returns in the house. They did a tremendous job. They were on time, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They cleaned up after they were finished and they made sure all the deliverables were installed, tested, and working properly as promised. We are very pleased with the work performed by Precision Air & Heating.

I first called Precision about my heater and they came out to check on the system to find that my igniter switch had blown. They fixed it right away and I was back in business. However, as the week went on, I still hear a small noise and wasn't sure the system was working properly. I called and they promptly sent someone back out at again. Aaron A. was the service repairman who checked everything out again and found a very slight problem with the wiring. He fixed it at no additionally charge and gave me some good advice about the filters I was using. Overall, I was very happy with the service I received by this company.

I am extremely please with precision air which I have been for the last couple of years just had Manny the maintenance technician out here to do routine maintenance on my unit he recommended a few things with that which would extend the life to my unit as well as help my indoor air quality thanks again Manny for all your help and all your educational material... Thanks again to precision

A quick note to express my appreciation for you and the Precision team. In drastic need of a replacement for my worn out AC unit, I contacted four major vendors in the Phoenix area including Precision. Although your bid was slightly higher then your next major competitor, I thought you did a superior job over all other competitors in analyzing my environment before you made your recommendation.

The installation team that consisted of Jeff and Davin did a fantastic job with the installation of the Trane unit I purchased. Their professionalism and attention to detail was evident throughout the installation.

They quickly diagnosed the problem, and Jeff and David replaced the coils and changed our system to get things running and cool again!
