Just recently had my air conditioner go out it was 92° in my home called Precision Air they came out with it in a timely manner Manny was a technician that came out to my home he quickly assess the situation and found the problem within minutes he had my air conditioner up and cooling and help me go to the paperwork process for my home warranty thank you once again Manny and Precision Air y'all have went past my expectations

Shane H[redacted] and Manny V[redacted] came out to my house and did their work quickly and efficiently. They knew what they were doing and explained everything to my satisfaction. I recommend both of them highly. Great job!

On a saturday night, on the hottest day of the year so far, Precision found a guy to come out and fix our system. Mike S[redacted] arrived around 730pm...found the problem and fixed it. Our house is already cooled back to normal! Mike had a really excellent attitude, a nice smile and just a great guy. He's welcome at my house anytime! Thank you Precision for hiring great people like Mike.

In drastic need of a replacement for my worn out AC unit, I contacted four major vendors in the Phoenix area including Precision. Although your bid was slightly higher then your next major competitor, I thought you did a superior job over all other competitors in analyzing my environment before you made your recommendation.

The installation team that consisted of Jeff and Davin did a fantastic job with the installation of the Trane unit I purchased. Their professionalism and attention to detail was evident throughout the installation.

We have been customers of Precision Air & Heating since 2007. Every year we have an annual "check up" of our AC unit and every year we continue to be impressed with the quality of work of every technician that arrives. Over the years we've had minor repairs (that have saved us major money!) and even major repairs that were appropriately priced and phenomenally delivered. We can personally attest that we have been treated with integrity, quality, and trust just as their slogan promises. Each technician is not only kind, cordial, and well trained but also trustworthy of entering our home. This is extremely important to me as both a woman and mother, allowing men into my home while my husband is at work or the kids were napping.

Today we had tech, Sam, and his supervisor, Mike, out to the house for our annual check up and recommendations for repairs. They didn't disappoint!! While no one may enjoy having to get their AC unit fixed, Precision Air & Heating make it as enjoyable as possible. We would highly recommend this company to anyone living in this hot, harsh, AZ sunshine!

Manny did excellent work the first time in repairing my AC and then on his follow inspection a year later he was super professional again.

Cameron was at our home today and replaced our water heater. He exceeded my expectations as a home owner. He expressed concern about the safety of the water heater we currently had in our home. I was very pleased with the results. I would recommend them and use them again (pipetech). Thank you!

Precision Air and Heating came to our rescue in the hot month of May when our air conditioner stopped working effectively. They quickly diagnosed the problem, and Jeff and David replaced the coils and changed our system to get things running and cool again! They were both very professional and efficient, and we are very grateful for their service.
