Manny was very polite and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions, even the stupid ones, until I fully understood the issue. He was prompt, early in fact, and completed his work in a timely manner.

Eddie P[redacted] and Chris (trainee) from Precision Air and Heating came out to do the yearly maintenance check. Eddie was very knowledgable and helped answer questions that my husband and I had, one being with air flow. He investigated the problem. While in the attic he took pictures to show us what the duct work looked like and explained what the problem was. He followed up with the shop tech and we decided to have the problem corrected. We were very pleased with the service we received from them.

We recently replaced our A/C unit and our experience with Precision Air could not have been more positive.From our first meeting with Chad, who helped us make the necessary choices about the unit, to the great installation crew of Jeff & David.
Everyone was easy to converse with & we felt very comfortable asking any question we had.
Jeff & David spent the greatest amount of time with us because they were the installers. They were professional and friendly. We have a little 7 month old puppy and they were so kind and gentle with her. We all felt very comfortable. They explained each thing they were doing. They cleaned up after themselves perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate to have them in my home again. We have been customers of Precision Air & Heating for many years and have always experienced excellent service. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

On May 26, 2016 Marco & Ryan came to our house and installed our new airconditioner. They were really professional, clean and explained to us how to use the new thermostat. We can't say enough good and positive things about them and Precision in general.

I have been using this company for several years now and have always received professional service. Today was no exception. My a/c unit stopped working and I received service within 4 hours of my initial call. The technician was courteous and personable and diagnosed the problem within minutes. The unit was repaired in under an hour. Thanks to Aaron the tech guru.

Thanks for Susanaire for chili taking care of our needs recently purchased two units last year I can tell you what they work great manny was out today to do maintenance on both did a coil cleaning everything was great thank you once again to manny

Nick came to our home for our yearly AC/Heating check up and noticed that our hot water heater was on its last leg and offered to replace it that day. When he removed the old hot water heater, he found that it had already started leaking and had some mold growing below. We were fortunate to have Nick guide us with his expertise to make the wise decision to change it out before it got any worse!

I've been working with Precision Air & Heating a number of years to ensure my old A/C & Heating unit on my roof continues to run at an optimum level. The saying "they don't build them like they used to" is very true when it comes to A/C units, so I've asked Precision to keep it running as long as possible. Every technician they have sent to my home has been courteous and always explains the situation so that it is easy for me to understand. Today I had Nick come to my home to help me find ways to lower my heating and cooling costs. Nick provided a few recommendations, and worked with me to ensure it is affordable to implement. I am continually satisfied by what Precision Air has done for me and my family, and will continue to call them when I am in need.

I want to extend my appreciation to Jacob M[redacted] of Precision Air and Heating for responding to my request promptly and professionally. I have been a customer of Precision Air since 1997 and have renewed our maintenance contracts every four years since that time. I contacted Precision Air and they sent Jacob out immediately. The problem was resolved and Jacob could not have been more professional. I have been a long time customer because of the excellent service Precision Air and Heating has provided.
