Precision Air & Heating got us scheduled for an Air Conditioner tune-up right away. They were professional and courteous. We needed some maintenance work too which they gave the prices and left it up to us to decided to do the work without any pressure. We will continue to use their services for future tune-ups and maintenance.

We have been using Precision Air and Heating since 2008 and after a visit from Nick R[redacted] today, we continue to be impressed with the service. Nick was patient and understanding and very helpful with our questions during our yearly A/C maintenance. Precision knows their stuff and the workers are clean and professional. We have no hesitation to continue a service agreement with this company and we hope to keep working with Nick!

Our air-conditioner went out on a Friday. Precision Air was to our home by Saturday afternoon to do a temporary fix on our ac until a new unit could be installed the following Wednesday. Summer is never a good time to lose an air-conditioner in your home, however, we were pleased with not only the promptness of service but the courteous, knowledgeable and respectful personnel at both visits to our home. They went the extra mile to repair an unknown electrical problem at the ac power source. We were very satisfied with our experience with Precision Air.

#434600. Chris H was out to see why one of my AC units wasn't working after the recent monsoons. After extensive diagnostics, was able to determine that a electrical contactor had failed...got it replaced and system is working great!

Hi I live in Mesa Az (la sendas area) and had 2 gentleman(Eric and Guy) come at 7am sharp to replace a whole AC unit. Not only were they timely but they work hard all day in the heat, fixed the issue, and answered all our questions along the way. I could not be more satisfied with their service and professionalism. My air conditioner went out the in the middle of the night on a Friday. First thing in the morning Chris was at my house and got me up and running. I called quite a few places and they were the fastest to respond.

Manny was professional and straight forward with the work needed. I felt he was trustworthy so I agreed to have all the work done he suggested and also signed up for the maintenance program.

Precision Air took wonderful care of us when the capacitor on our air conditioning unit popped on a hot May day. Mike S[redacted] was very prompt in assisting us on our emergency call, when the temperature inside was approaching 90 degrees. He quickly assessed the problem and within 15 minutes had installed a new capacitor and cold air was blowing in the house! Thanks to Mike for his fine service.

We have needed a new AC unit the last few years and Mike C[redacted] from Precision Air & Cooling just made the experience stress free. Our current unit in our house is 20+ years old and isn't cooling our house down under 80 degrees. Mike was a super cool guy and made myself and my wife feel good about getting a new unit. The price quote was half the price as the quotes we got from two other companies that came out. He wasn't just trying to sell us the unit with all the bells and whistles, just the one we need. Call these dudes!

Chris, a senior technician, was at my home in Scottsdale this morning. I had been curious about another organization's "tune up" service where they had recommended a number of items to repair or replace. I called Precision for a no charge second opinion.
Not only did I NOT need the "so-called" repairs or replacements" - Chris spent the time explaining the systems at my home and what could be expected in the future. At no time was there pressure to do anything but understand the system and I ended up entering into a low-cost 4 year service agreement where they check the system each year at no additional cost and provide a 205 discount on any future repairs.
In addition, one of the recommendations provided by the other company was going to be $354 for a part and Precision's cost would have been $152 and I didnt need it anyway.
All in all, an excellent organization and an excellent representative of the organization in Chris.
