Our company received notification on 9/15/2014 that this complaint was closed as resolved. Subsequently we sent emails addressing the fact the Revdex.com entertained this complaint since it's of a financial nature. We have yet to receive a response to our communications. However, to ensure we stay within ?Revdex.com guidelines, we are still submitting a rebuttal within your desired deadline. Our rebuttle is as below.

It is clear Ms. [redacted]'s representations of her complaint are erroneous in nature and not factual. We deny her statement regarding an agreed cancellation amount of $280.00. Please refer to the attached quote where Ms. [redacted]s acknowledges with her initials that she is aware of the non-refundable fee. 

Precision Air & Heating, Inc. stands firm as in our initial response regarding this complaint. Although law does not require it, our company permits customers to cancel installation contracts unilaterally. However, for instances such as this, a standard cancellation fee is charged to compensate for its services, fabrication of materials, etc. on September 2, 2014, our company refunded all of Ms. [redacted]'s deposit except for the cancellation fee. 

We have complied with all regulations (both Federal and State) in addition to adhering to the contract with Ms. [redacted]s. We are supplying all of our initial evidence in this complaint. Her cut and paste emails with reference of bogus nominal figures and statements should be negated from this complaint. The contract should be that factor upheld (as it would be in court of law).

This is our final request and attempt for this complaint to be dismissed immediately and abolished from consumer and contractor records. This specific case will be turned over to legal counsel for an immediate and accurate resolve from the Revdex.com should our requests continue to be unanswered.

Technician, Manny, was very courteous and knowledgable. Explained the work done and the problem with our unit, leanin oil. Recommended corrective action required to replace unit. Gave us options to consider.

Manny came out to do our annual inspection today. He was very professional and knowledgable. He explained the necessesary repair work, showed the costs in writing, then completed the job in a timely manner. We are very happy with Manny and Precision Air.

The service tech, Manny, was straight up front with the needed repairs and service. He was friendly and easy to work with.

I want to formally praise the work ethic at my home and the information received from 2 "Customer Conscious" employees of Precision Air & Heating: Eddie Palma and Mike Collins. They thoroughly assessed my air conditioning issues and informed me of my options to replace my aging A/C Unit. They not only provide quality work, but educated me on their products and maintenance service..

This company stands behind their name with "Quality, Integrity and Trust' just like the logos on their company Vans.

I also recommend Cameron of "Pipetech" (a division of Precision) for his valued work and recommendations!

Manny was very nice and explained to me and my husband what was needed to keep the unit running safely and efficiently. We will make a decision on the contract in the next week or so. We appreciate his professionalism.

Manny is very knowledgable in all aspects of his job. He's very professional and explained very clearly on the work he was performing. I value his input and will use him again in the future.

Manny was Punctual and attentive to detail I would like to say he's a good asset to the company

Today we had our AC serviced for the summer. The experience with Precision was great as always. Armando did a great job checking all phases of the operation..
The preventive maintenance plan with Precision Air is the best.

I am a single female and I was worried about what company to choose and who to trust for a new A/C unit. I had received a quote so Precision Air was the second quote I received. I am amazed how professional and courteous Mike Collins was when he came to my home. Mike was very experienced and he explained everything very clearly and was so helpful in making sure I understood what I need and at the same time showed no pushy or sales tactics at all. He was genuinely more interested in helping me than making a sale. Being in sales myself, I am so appreciative of this and will always contact Precision Air for all my a/c and heating needs in the future.

From start to finish I had a great experience w/ precision air. The installers, Marco and Tony, were professional and respectful, I would definitely recommend this company to others. It was a new installation

I got a call from my wife at work saying the a/c unit was smoking,she said she had turned it off,I call Precision Air and explained what was going,they quickly sat up an appointment in a few hours to get the unit looked at.Tech.James came out quickly assess the problem,explain it to my wife and the unit was back on and operating normally. My husband and I were very satisfied with the service Manny gave us at our annual service appointment. He gave us proactive advice which helped us learn what was best for our unit. We felt Manny advocated for us to get us the most reasonable, fair offer for our needed services. We would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Today Jacob from Precision air and heating came to our home. He was not only friendly but extremely thorough and professional. The issue at hand ended up not being what we originally thought. They just installed a new unit at my house in Litchfield Park the sales man was excellent after the install he came out to ck out the installation and answer any questions I mite have.

The installation crew (Guy and Eric) done a great job answered all my questions and cleaned up after themselves. Last but not least they had a very competitive price. Yes I would use them again without hesitation .

Precision Air and Heating has taken care of our AC and Heating needs since at least 2001. We have had very positive experiences with them throughout the years.
