I have met 7 employees from this company, and every single one of them has been courteous and professional. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is satisfactory and that you understand the work they're doing. Today I had Moises and Ryan out to fix my hot master bedroom. They were on time, friendly, professional and got the job done in no time. They made sure to leave my house as clean as when they came, which is hard to do with all the insulation! Also thanks to Ricky for coming out yesterday to assess the problem and get his guys out here quickly to fix it. I recommend this company to everyone now. I've never dealt with an air conditioning company that had such a high caliber of employees and clearly cares about their customers and doing the best job possible. Manny was very helpful and honest with his recommendations for the AC unit. I appreciated the fact that he did not pressure me into the new upgraded cleaning system. I did go with his recommendation of cleaning the evap coils and replacing a part on the AC unit.

Precision Air and Heating did our yearly AC checkup 3/17/2016. our service Tec (Aaron A[redacted]) arrived on time and was very through and pleasant. to work with. He reviewed his finding in a way we could understand. He found some problems with the AC componets and explanned why they needed to be replaced before they fail.
He is welcome to come back next year for our service. Precision Air has been a good company to work with.

Recently we purchased a new HVAC system from Precision Air and have been very happy with the service and professionalism of Guy and Eric. They both worked hard at getting the old system out and the new system in. I highly recommend them and will use them for any future needs.

The guys from Precision just left--Guy, Eric, James and Josh. Overall, I was very impressed with Precision from the salesperson, the scheduling girl and the on-site crew. They were both knowledgeable and professional. Guy took all the time necessary to teach me how to use my new thermostat.

My heating unit was serviced by Chris H in a timely manner. He arrived within 1 hour and fixed the issue and now I have heat in time for the cold weather. He was courteous and completely knowledgeable. My wife and I are extremely satisfied and will use Precision again if any issues should arise.

On November 30, 2015, Precision Air and Heating technicians, Garrett and his helper reviewed my air and heating system and made arrangements for duct cleaning on December 2, 2015. Both men were knowledgeable, pleasant, neat and respectful.
On December 2, 2015 two Precision Air and Heating technicians, Aaron and Francisco arrived on time and volunteered to put on plastic shoe covers when I mentioned that my carpets had recently been cleaned. I really appreciated this. They proceeded with the job of cleaning all the ducts in my house, using great care with their ladders and equipment. Again, these men were also knowledgeable about their work, very pleasant, neat and respectful.
I would be happy to recommend this company to anyone.

Nick came out for a regularly scheduled follow up and was courteous and professional as he did his maintenance check and had plenty of good suggestions and information about services available for proper up-keep of my A/C.

Matt from precision heating and air was great. He was on time, knowledgeable and very freindly. I would highly recommend Precisin heating and air bases on his work!

I have a service agreement with Precision and it has worked well. They contact me proactively to make sure I have my free yearly review/check, and there hasn't been a lot of hard sell or up sell tactics for repairs I may not need. Today I had Nick work on my AC and Cameron work on my plumbing. Both did a good job with my current issues and gave me suggestions about repairs I might need later without being pushy.

KC came out this week, gave a thorough look-through of our system, identified the problem, fixed it, and charged us a fair price. He explained other services but did not push us. We were very happy with him, with Precision, and with our cool house.

We have been with Precision Air for many years and have had exceptional service. Most recently we had a service call performed by Aaron He arrived on time and did a very professional job.

My AC went out while on vacation. When I got back I called Precision at 10 am and they had Manny at my house working on my unit by 3 pm. He worked quickly and explained all options well. It was back up and running within an hour of him arriving. Thanks for the great service!

I have been using Precision Air and Heating for a couple years now as part of a maintenance agreement I signed into after a great response and service regarding an air conditioning breakdown. The technicians who have come out to provide service since day 1 have all been great and a pleasure to do business with, as they provide recommendations but by no means push for anything unnecessary unlike most air conditioning companies tend to. Today I just had technician KC out to provide annual maintenance per my agreement and he was quick to provide assistance and support. We found an issue present with the drainage system which was addressed and repaired and KC provided me a few recommendations as well which could assist with future cooling and energy preservation in the home. Have recommended this company many times to family and friends as they are quick, experienced, and friendly. Would recommend again.
