We bought our AC unit 2 years ago from this company and have been very happy with everything. They came out for our 2 yr check and Nick was wonderful. Very professional and honest about everything.

Manny came out to do our annual inspection today. He was very professional and knowledgable. He explained the necessesary repair work, showed the costs in writing, then completed the job in a timely manner. We are very happy with Manny and Precision Air.

I got a call from my wife at work saying the a/c unit was smoking,she said she had turned it off,I call Precision Air and explained what was going,they quickly sat up an appointment in a few hours to get the unit looked at.Tech.James came out quickly assess the problem,explain it to my wife and the unit was back on and operating normally. I was very impressed with the professionalism of our service technician James. I am sure we will be returning customers when we need service.

On the morning of 10-15-15 I noticed that my a/c had quite running. I called Precision Air & Heating that morning and by noon, Jonathan was ringing my door bell. Within 5 minutes he determined that my breaker switch had tripped and the a/c was working again. He then got on the roof to inspect the system and determined that the compressor was not operating efficiently.

His supervisor, Mike, was in the area and came by to review Jonathan's findings and offer me costs to repair/replace the unit. Both of these gentlemen conducted themselves in a manner that was a credit to Precision Air & Heating. I would be proud to have them representing me if I had a business of this type.

I will not hesitate to use Precision Air & Heating again in the future.

Manny was on time, efficient and very thorough, including a detailed inspection of everything in the attic. He showed me videos of potential problems and carefully explained options. Although it was the end of a long shift, Manny cleaned the coils on both units, re-sealed them and installed the air scrubbers. He addressed my concerns over the general reputation of vent cleaners in the industry by explaing the history and thoroughness of the team that will do it. He gained my trust. Manny kept everything clean and was very polite. Precision is fortunate to have such a fine employee.

Nick came out to my house. Was very personal and neat. He had some great ideas p, some I did and the aero seal I am considering and will let him know soon.

We have been using Precision Air and Heating since 2008 and after a visit from Nick R[redacted] today, we continue to be impressed with the service. Nick was patient and understanding and very helpful with our questions during our yearly A/C maintenance. Precision knows their stuff and the workers are clean and professional. We have no hesitation to continue a service agreement with this company and we hope to keep working with Nick!

I needed new AC and turned to Precision Air and 4 other companies for quotes. Just the quote process from Precision was enough to get me to pick them. Not only was the price the best but Don was VERY thorough in his inspection and offer as well as answering any and all questions I had as long as it took.

Once I chose them, they were there 2 days later installing and out the same day. Guy was our lead installer and him and his brother did an amazing job on our install.

Clean, considerate, affordable, honest....Precision Air is an excellent choice and I am glad I picked them.

Precision has replied promptly and courteously. A/C went out a couple days ago. Garrett came out and evaluated unit. He explained the problems and showed me our burnt motor. He explained everything he found and what needed to be done to correct the problems. We currently have air due to a temporary fix (until another circuit board can also be installed). So far so good. We purchased a maintenance agreement at this time which we feel will help alleviate major problems in the future. Only rated a 7 until we get circuit board installed....

Nick was able to assess the issue with our furnace and if he didn't have the answers, he called to find out and was able to determine the problem.

Precision Air just completed our annual heating/air conditioning service call and the task, completed by technician Armando was done very thoroughly and professionally. The results of the check were not something I wanted to hear but we were also aware that our units were probably on "borrowed time". Armando suggested we talk with his supervisor Dan about having the units replaced. Dan discussed the pros and cons of our existing units vs replacement units and did not pressure us into making any decisions at this time.
We have used Precision Air for a number of years and have been very satisfied with the service they have provided.
